Dismantling ACSR or ACC conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling LT insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling cradles fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. (demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured separately)

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level . complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type - 2, flat, size 300x 180 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply & fix GI tubing light grade for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/floors/ roads/ path /culverts or fixed on walls/on poles by means of MS /GI clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge for following sizes:-

Material & labour for road cutting for laying cables in GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface by reqd qty of PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note Laying of cables and GI pipe will me measured separately under respective items

Material & labour for erection of Precast LT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type Bo,12.5 mm graded stone aggregates of size 100 Cm (Height) x 12 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness), painted with orange colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch "LT CABLE" to be written with black colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block, placed at interval of every 30 M complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 400 x 300 x 190 mm with 4 nos copper busbar of capacity 100 Amps , length 250 mm , 01 Nos MCB SPN C series of capacity 06 Amps as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge including connector and fixing on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- The cost of sintex box installation includes making hole of suitable size for entry and exist of cable any size, making new lugs of cables of entry and exit.

Material & labour for sub main wiring with two run of 1.5 sqmm single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper cable 1100 volts conductor drawn through in steel conduit of 20mm dia (Heavy duty) not less than 1.8mm wall thickness with all accessories and one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire with proper clamps from Sintex box to light fitting acomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- Two run of PVC cable with one run of PVC earth wire and one run of steel conduit shall be measured and paid as one length only.

Material & labour for out door type factory made feeder pillar box made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick with 4 busbars of capacity 200 Amp internally prewired, suitable for MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole 451V, 25KA having locking arrangement, provn of suitable hole at bottom for incomming and out going UG cables complete incl painting with 2 coat of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exterior and interior faces and bus bar insulator, errection of Bus Bar chamber with suitable qty of PCC 1:2:4, type B2 and supply, fixing and connection of MCCB incl earth work and provn of suitable frame at bottom made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised earth strip 25X4mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. and connected earth lead wire to armoured of cable/ earth wire on pole all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore , wire mesh and lugs, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: G I earth lead exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid seperately

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Material & labour for in replacement of prestressed concrete poles, 9.0 meters long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, incl necessary PCC work for filling and coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Exc and removing of soil will be measured under appropraite item) (ii) G I earth lead exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid seperately
