Bailing out sludge water pumping sludge pump to be arrange by agency at his cost including fuel & transport at site & skilled operator to oparate the pump.

Removal of dead animals from any places of STPS(T) & trasnporting the same to the out side area burried with proper chemical treatment. Small animal like monkey/dog.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches of drain or septic tank, soil (in/c mixed soil but ex/c latarite & sand stone ) in/c removing and spreading or staking the spoils within a lead of 75m.as directed and in/c trimming the sides of trenches levelling and dressing and ramming the bottom bailing or pumping out water etc.as required complete.

Striping off worn out plaster and racking out joints of walls celling etc.up to any height in ground floor and inside sewer pit of any depth including bailing out water in/c removing rubbish,stacking any where out side the compound wall as per direction of E.I.C.

Ordinay Cement conc. with graded trap stone ballast/ chips excluding shuttering if any for underground sewer line pits of any depth or above ground work including all lead and lift. M20 (1:1.5:3)

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation.

Reinforcement ( for reinforced conc. work) in/c distribution bars, strirrups, binders etc. in/c streightending bends & half round bars (ex/c coil bars) of any dia and remove cutting to requisite length and hooking with 1.626 mm black annealed wire at every intersection complete as per direction in/c cost of wire in G.F . i)For tor steel

200 mm. thick brick work with fly ash bricks set in cement sand mortar(1:6) including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc. In ground floor.

12.5 cm thk. Ash brick work in cement mortar (4:1) with out H.B wire netting in ground floor and inside pit incl. bailing out water from inside sewer pit.

Plastering (To wall,floor etc.) with sand and cement morter in/c rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and racking out joints and roughening of conc.surface in/c chipping and application of cement slurry and bailing out of water where necessary etc.complete at ground floor and at any depth. with (6:1) cement morter. 20 mm th. Plaster

Plastering (To wall,floor etc.) with sand and cement morter in/c rounding off or hamfering corners as directed and racking out joints and roughening of conc.surface in/c chipping and application of cement slurry and bailing out of water where necessary etc.complete at ground floor and at any depth. with (6:1) cement morter. 15 mm thick plaster.

Neat cement punning in wall, dado, window sills, floor, reservior, underground sewer pits. etc.

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks in/c ramming and dressing the bed of proper level & filling the joints with sand /powdered earth.

Supplying, fitting and fixing shallow water closet indian pattern (I.P.W.C) of approved make in white viterous chinaware in position (excluding cost of concrete for fixing). 580mm long

Supplying, fitting and fixing Flat back urinal (half stall urinal) in white viterous chinaware of approved make in position with brass screws on 75mm X 75mm X 75 mm wooden blocks complete. 470 mm X 280 mm X 340 mm

Supplying,fitting and fixing Foot rest for water closet of size 275 mm X125 mm. (a)Poreclain of approved make.
