PROVISION OF APPROACH PCC PATH AND RETAINING WALL AT ICGS JAKHAU UNDER GE(I) (CG) GANDHINAGAR

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard Core (Broken stone /boulders) of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and ramming to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in sub -floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1( using 20mm stone aggregate) as in sub -floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal, whilist the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n. exc 50 m and depositing where didrected at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with soild blocks type C1, 1:3:6, 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finished the surface even and smooth

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic Emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas n. exceeding 1.50 m in deepth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
