Lifting and checking of 33 KV. XLPE 3x400 Sq. mm. Cable to jointing the new cable including guardening arrangement up to the time of testing and jointing

Relaying and dressing of 33 KV. XLPE 3x400 Sq. mm. in the excaveted trench as per instruction of the Site Engineer.

Making & arrangement of Staraight Through Joint including making of jointing pit of 33KV. 3x400sqmm XLPE cable with supply of jointing materials excluding making of "protection duct for cable joint"-(Make-3M/RAYCHEM)

Making & fixing of End Termination joint Indoor type for 33KV. 3x400 sqmm XLPE cable including fixing of the jointing box at the existing structure and with supply of the jointing materials as per instruction of the Site Engineer.

Making protective duct for cable joint complete as per WBSEDCLs approved drawing (Ref. Drg. no.PLN(D)/55/127, dt. 23.06.2018)

Laying & dressing of following 33 KV. XLPE 3x400 Sq. mm. Cable in the excavated cable trench or HDPE pipe as per Drg. No. PNL(D) SS/126 Dt.- 23.06.18 & Circular no 142 dt -07.06.2019 of Dir (Dist)as per instruction of the Site Engineer.

Re dressing of old bricks for cable protective cover as per instruction of Site Engineer

Supply and laying of klin-burnt 1st class bricks having proper size & sape suitable for cable protective cover as per instruction of Site Engineer

Supply and fixing of Cable tag

Supply & erection of concrete cable markers on concrete foundation blocks for straight run Road crossing and joint location as per specification and direction of the site Engineer.

Micro-Tunnelling work with laying of HDPE pipe as per instruction of Site Engineer and as per site condition for laying of U.G cable including supply of 200 mm dia, HDPE Pipe of PE-80, PN-6 as per IS:4954-1995 including preparation and submission drawing for such cable laying

Supply of 33 KV 1250 Amp, 26.3 KA, 4-Panel, SCADA Compatible, Shunt trip RMU with VCB ( 1/C-2, PT-1, O/G-1) (Including CT, PT) Subject to approval of Scheme and drawing of the same from competant authority

Installation of 33 KV, 1250 Amp, 263 KA, 4-Panel, SCADA Compatible, Shunt trip RMU with VCB (1/C-2, PT-1, 0/G-1) including Relay & Metering Panel and 1.1 KV grade copper single core PVC control cable (Including CT,PT)

Conducting physical survey of Overhead HT & LT Lines including all associated assets vix. Poles, DTRs, RMU, JB, FRTU, Boundary Meter, Line Isolator etc, using Vidyut Manchitra App (as per requirement of IT & C Cell) and subsequent data uploading and data validation with providing necessary logistic support like mobile devices, SIM Card, PCs, Power Bank, Internet Connection etc for the purchase of GIS field survey and updating of GIS mapping.

Earthing of Shunt trip RMU and CR Panel of 01no 3Mtr Long 50mm dia medium gauge G.I. Pipe, installation & connection in between earth pipe and other equipments using 02nos G.I. Flat 50mmx6mm. By welding complete and as per instruction of the Site Engineer (Including Supply of Materials)
