Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr depth including getting out for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M & L for sand filling in-trenches with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cables complete all as specified. Note:-Punned thickness to be measured for payment.

Supply and laying reinforced Precast concrete cable cover of class LV type 1 flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm for protection for cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested LT Panel, outdoor type floor mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber duly insulated. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron base frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, both side opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door and locking arrangement and including earth work. The panel consisting of the following:- (a) Aluminum bus bar four strips 225 Amps ,415 volts, fixed horizontally, duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves in colour code - 01 Set. (b) MCCB, 04 Pole, 160 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity 36 KA - 01 No (Incoming) (c) MCCB, 04 pole, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 25KA - 01 Nos (d) MCCB, 04 Pole, 40 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA - 04 Nos

(g) Indication lamps R,Y,B LED type – 1 set of three (j) Internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable duly crimped with copper lugs & ferruled and aluminum strips for MCCB's. (k) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone , 15 cm thick in foundation, cemented block/brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B', old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 30cm above and 15 Cm below the ground level. (Note :- Proposed Panel No 25 )

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down , dismentling, old rusted cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc complete and setting aside for reuse or given credit to contractor under credit of schedule, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 40 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole/wall up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : Boring under road/path will be measured and paid under respective item )

M&L for laying 50 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole/wall up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for laying 80 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : Boring under road/path will be measured and paid under respective item )

M&L for laying 100 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cutting under road/PCC path and passing GI pipe for cable protection and making good as existing complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F cable route marker made up of cast iron (Round Dia ) of 100 mm round plate, 3 mm thick fixed on MS angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 5 mm, 800 height fixed in ground over the cable route with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick, burried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 3.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthin lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode by means of steel and GI pipe light grade 40mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed. NOTE:- 1. The unit rate includes for protection GI pipe and watering pipe of 40 mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/ disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to achieve desired result as the soil resistiviy is very high. 3.The cost of GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate of above item. 4. All the joints in GI strip and connection with Earth Plate to be welded and in addition by proving brass nut bolt and washer. 5. Cost of welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate. 6. Contractor has to disposeoff the excavated soil in open land up to a distance of 600 mtr from earth pit.

S&F sintex box of size 450mm x 375mm x 200mm made out of poly carbonate IP-65 protection with poly ethelene gasket and glow wire tested at 960 degree celcius as per IEC 60695-2-11 and thermoplastic gland of suitable size fixed on poles with galvanised clamps (02 Nos on each pole) of F1, 40x5mm made to shape fixed with nut bolts washers etc. Make Sintex or equivalent complete all as specified and directed with following fitments :- (a) Aluminum bus bar of 100Amps capacity fixed on porcelene insulators and insulated with colour sleeves (04 Nos) and connect suitable for 25Sqmm to 35Sqmm cable Note : Cost of clamps and bus bar strips is inclussive in quoted rate

S&F kiosk box for luminaries, weather proof made out of PVC/HDPE /FRP housing fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece molded and cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of aluminum TPN bus bar of 60 Amps of minimum size 350x250x150mm, fixed on pole with MS, clamps 30x5mm with necessary nuts, washer complete all as directed. Note. Rate of MCB,TPN bus bar and MS clamp inclusive in item rate

S & F Non metallic PVC medium grade conduit 20 mm dia for drawing copper/aluminium conductor cable between pole junction box and light fitting including fixing clamp made of GI strips and nut and bolts (Minimum 3 clamp in each pole to be provided.) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flexible PVC insulated multicore FR PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm x 3 core for voltage grade up to 1100 V conforming to IS 694 : 2010 for connection of light fitting from junction box or from over head conductors to fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : PVC Conduit shall be measuerd and paid seperately under respective item.

S&F Auto /manual street light timer nature switch weather proof enclosure made out of UV stabilized, FR grade special molding compound, rust proof, electric sock proof, vermin proof outdoor pole mountable with mounting bracket made out of GI and nut, bolts, washers including cable glands, openable door with 08 kW three phase load with Power contactors 3nos as incoming and outgoing with MEC rating of 32 Amps/phase and circuit wiring of min 16 sqmm complete al as specified.
