M & L for Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil / Voltage stabilizer / VLE switch & Isolation Transformer oil by using mobile dehydration and filtration plant of capacity of 12000LPH,heating and filtering the transformer oil to be carried out per minimum four hours till the di- electric strength reaches value of 45 KV or above in one minute, for any capacity of transformer/Voltage stabilizer/VLE Switch & Isolation Transformer (25 to 500 KVA/ VLE SWITCHES) Note:- Cost of T&P required for dehydration and filteration should be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra cost will be permissible to the contractor in this regard.

Supply and topping / replacement of transformer oil having di-electric strength above 50 KV/mm of Transformer chamber and conservator with new transformer oil up to the required level in any type and capacity of transformer / Voltage stabilizer / OCB all as directed by EIC. Note : Transformer oil brought by the contractor at site shall be in seal packing drum having ISI mark as per IS 335/1983 of make Savita, Asian or equivalent.

M&L for Servicing of 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contact ,Pin insulator with CTC and applying the Patrollium Jelley at the contact point /down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted /corroded bolts and nuts (using GI Nuts& Bolts)alongwith replacing the burnt aluminium thimbles and deffective insulator of GOD as required at site. Note:- 1. Insulator and male (moving)/female(fixed) contacts shall be measured and paid under relevant items. 2.The cost for replacement of aluminium thimbles. GI nuts,Bolts, wahers, lubricating materials etc shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item

M & L for Calibration of VCB / RMU relay by injecting High voltage through CTS checking the over load system of VCB upto 90 % rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15 % of rated load removing u/s overload and earh fault relay including connection with power pack.Opening out the trolly checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil including energizing of springs automatically including checking of TNC switch.Testing and commissioning all as directed. Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out by the reps of authorised firm. (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished from firm.

M & L for maintenance of VCB / RMU11 KV, 400/ 630 /1200 Amps including removal of VCB trolley, cleaning of all copper male and female contact, tightening of all connections, checking of all auxiliary contacts, control wiring, servicing of relays, etc. refixing the VCB trolley to its original position including proper setting of manual/motorize operation of VCB, checking/setting of tripping system, etc complete. Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out the reps of authorised firm. (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished from firm.

S & F in replacement of Potential Transformer 11 KV / 110 V 50Hz of VCB all as directed by EIC.Make :CG/ ABB / L&T or equivalent

S & F in replacement of Current Transformer of VCB upto 200/5 Amps all as directed by EIC.

M&L for 11/12 KV 3.15 Amp, fuse links for distribution circuits (for use in VCB PT) suitable for VCB voltage Transformer unit fuse carries assembly. Make: GE /L&T/Siemens or equivalent

S & F of VCB spring Charging motor 24 Volts DC (as per site requirment) with gear assembly all as directed by EIC.

M & L for scrapping of old painted/oily surface of transformer/ isolation transformer/voltage stablizer including all nut bolts, channels by wire brush with cottan waste and painting with two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint as per the existing paint by sparay gun and writing SM No all as per ground condition as directed and specified by Engr-in –charge.

M&L for Painting of existing steel tubular 11 mtr long after preparing/Scrapping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint. upto 1.5 mtr from ground level. including painting with 30 cm height each in white and Red colour alternatively, total of 5 Nos connecting from the Top PCC coping and making pole No and feeder No with paint as per approved pattern complete all as specified and directed (Note:-The numbering shall be hand written only stencils shall not be allowed ,size of letter shall be 50 mm high and 10 mm wide.)

S & F procelain/epoxy insulators use in HT feeder pillar boxes as per sample all as specified and as directed.

S& F including Stretching binding of ACSR conductor on poles to the insulator by means of necessary binding wires 16 SWG aluminium wire complete with necessary jumpers and connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of mounting over four/two pole structure to vertically operated gang operating air break switch (GOD) suitable for 11 KV, 200 Amp consisting of 3 Insulators in each phase (Total 9 insulators in 3 Phase) mounted over the galvanised mild steel channel frame of suitable size, operating mechanism, operating handle made of medium grade galvanised Iron pipe of 25 mm dia, at least 5 mtr long, locking arrangement , connected with 7 leaver Godrez lock, moving and fixed contacts, copper jumphers including making electrical connections of all incoming and outgoing conductors all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Locating of fault in HT 11 KV cable of any size laid in trenches by hiring of electronic fault locating machine for finding out the fault of defective 11 KV HT cable at different locations including excavation of trenches for each fault at site by making sufficient space for working inside the trenches for jointing the cable and further excavation and refilling after connection and testing of straight through joint as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i)The fault located equipment will be brought at site within 02 days of Instruction received from Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand coushing & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required)

Cutting and trimming tree branches along HT over head lines, after arranging electrical shutdown , including taking all precautions while working on lines using own T&P by the contractor. Note :- (i) Branches of trees shall be cut upto 3 metre from the outer conductor of OH line.Arrengement of tractor trolly to remove bushes from the site to out side the station is responsibility of contractor. (ii) Cutting/trimming of branches shall be done after obtaining necessary shut down in writing by the Engineer-in-Charge to avoid any casualty. (iii) Pole to pole span will be measured as one job.

M&L for painting of chain link fencing of sub stations with a height of 1.5 Mtr above ground level by two coat of aluminium paint and one coat of red oxide primer by sparay gun as per ground condition as directed and specified by Engr-in –charge. note;Painting of angle iron/gate shall also measured and paid seperately

M & L for Cleaning of transformer yard , four pole, two pole, three poleStructure complete as directed and spreading of crushed stone aggregate 40 mm grade

M & L for surface excavation not exceding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including removing green vegetation, roots, bushes, etc from surrounding of LT Feeder Piller Boards./Poles/ substations etc. all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling of HT over head lines 3 wire span measured as one length ACSR conductor and Re- stretching of ACSR Conductor 3 wire of any size on HT over head line 11000 volts grade incl earth continuity wire incl bindng properly, replacement of jumper with existing / suitable size of ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ASCR conductor of any size complete all as specified and directed.
