Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L for chequred cement concrete tile 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in path/ floor and includin screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base and finishing top surface even and fair complete all as specified and direccted.

S & F 60 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and designe as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 grade laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning and the voids shall also be filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St-240 with MS Bolts including washer and MS gusset plate any thickness etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A C or steel sheeting any guage, of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete luuvres and jallies 25 mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mould-ing but excluding frame (pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid completed all as specified and directed

M & L for Cleaning of existing drain of any description and in any position by taking out loose soil, sand,girt, ash,,rags,fibre or vegetation from up to 1.5 m depth from GL distance exc 250m but n exc 500m and complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in hard / dense soil each not exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layer watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC coated Chain link fencing of mesh size 100 mm x 100 mm , diameter of wire not less than 3.4 mm and weight not less than 1.43 Kg / Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel flat iron (for securing wire mesh) bolt embedded in concrete including drilling bolts matching for wire including all necessary work and steel confirming to FE-410-0 or FE-310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for MS bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooking endss and binding with MS wire 0.9 mm dia annealed all as specified confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, ach screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15 cm and not exc 22.5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new undecorated steel surfaces of any description and in any position not exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for galvenised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down barbed wire any specification and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for complete all as specified and direted.

M & L for preparation of new undecorated steel surfaces of any description and in any position exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as directed.

M & L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of PCC grade M-15 design mix and of shape and size rected, set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal of dispodal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Sizes shall be as under :- Length (L) not less than 250mm, Height (H) 350mm, Thickness (T) 150mm and radius (R) 75mm.

M & L for praparation of new undecorated concrete surfaces of road side kerb stone and similar items of any description and any position exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in the strip pattern of different tint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
