Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) to 20 mm(Twenty milimeter) in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters (Two point five square meter) and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in situ five course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd & 4th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd layer of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm (Two milimeter) thick of 3.00 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 (One hundred) micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 5th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately)., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

10 cm (Ten centimeter) thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm (Twenty five milimeter) thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (One clay isto One cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat: With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) brick tile of class designation 10, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters :- 80x1.20 mm (Eighty into One point Twenty milimeter) M.S. laths with 1.20 mm ( One point Twenty milimeter) thick top cover , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (One milimeter), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification. Two or more coats on new work, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
