OD42079/2026-2027: Annual Maintenance and servicing of 1/2/3 TR, 240/415V Air Conditioner Units (Vertical and Wall/Floor Mounting type Split AC unit such as cleaning and servicing of indoor and outdoor unit in yearly as per the condition attached in annexure-1( In normally One water servicing in an year with using chemical material water pump etc. and Three Air servicing in an year with using cleaning material and pressure air pump etc. also including attending minor petty repairs ,fuse call attending, rectifying defects if any- excluding the material) during the contract period and maintaining of indoor and outdoor unit as a proper working condition though out an year.

OD42077/2026-2027: Annual Maintenance and servicing of 8.5TR DX condensing units,3400CFM Air handling unit with HEPA system OT installed AHU, Microprocessor control panel for AHU with humidity controller control boards, Transducers of packaged chillers units etc shall be checked for their correctness and adjusted repaired replaced unit in yearly as per the condition attached as required unit as a proper working condition though out an year. (4 services per year. Complaints should be attended at that day itself)

OD42073/2026-2027:Charges for filling sufficient quantity of R22/410A/R32 refrigerant gas for air conditioner unit including leak testing, leak arresting, brazing etc. if required and make the unit in good working condition

OD42080/2026-2027:Supply and renewing Thermostat for AC unit in place of the existing faulty ones and giving connections etc as required.

OD42081/2026-2027: Supply and renewing Micro Processor controlled PCB Board in the 1/1.5/2 TR Indoor Unit with Remote in place of the existing faulty ones and giving connections etc as required.

OD42078/2026-2027:Supply and renewing 2 Pole Power Contactors 9/12/18A AC 3 for 1/1.5/2TR Split AC unit in place of the existing faulty ones and giving connections etc

OD42076/2026-2027: Supply and renewing single phase Hermetically sealed Rotary Compressor suitable for 2 TR AC Unit in place of the existing faulty ones and fixing the unit including brazing, etc and giving connection , testing and commissioning as required..

OD42074/2026-2027: Supply and renewing Fan Motor Capacitor -2.5/4 MFD (Indoor motor) for AC unit in place of the existing faulty ones and giving connections etc as required.

OD42075/2026-2027: Supply and renewing Running Capacitor 50/60 MFD for 2 TR AC unit - in place of the existing faulty ones and giving connections etc as required.
