Replacement of Sewer lines through hydraulic static pipe Bursting process at the same alignment including making of bursting tool entry pits, jointing of the HDPE pipe by butt fusion welding machine, exit Pits all related civil works for site preparation like excavation, arrangement for power through gen. set/electric power, Shoring/strutting, maintaining the pits traffic management etc. Flow stoppage by the appropriate staking method, by pass Pumping installing the replacement pipe, restoring the pits/Manholes repairing after replacement pipe installation etc. Pipe testing, restoration of Site after completion and service reconnection as per the Instruction of the engineer in charge. Constructing Brick Masonry Manhole of various dia and depth as per IS :4111 par1( latest amendment) in FPS brick class designation M-100 in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) including inside and outside 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside only. The work includes excavation, dewatering, planking, strutting etc. refilling, disposal of surplus earth with all lift and lead of 50m, Including construction of concrete base with PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size), preparation of channel up to the height of'the'pipe and benching in PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including neat cement finished, suitable connection of inlet & outlet pipes, testing (water tightness} of manhole, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (the depth of manhole will be measured from the invert of the pipe to top of the manhole cover). 900mm internal diameter at bottom,0.90-1.65m depths
