REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF EOT CRANE AND ALLIED ITEMS AT AF STN NALIYA

M & L for carrying out the following scheduled preventive maintenance for EOT crane upto 2 Ton capacity within minimum period of 9 month complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge:- (a) Check for worm collector shoes , sag in main runway wiring , ensuring contact to be kept through the entire length runway. Check alignment and relocation. (b) Inspect for wear of bridge and trolley wheel , flat sports and check in flange . Ensure drive wheels are of the same diameter. (c) Checking, cleaning the contacts of the controllers and control panel. (d) Checking the pin & bushes for wear of flexible coupling and proper adjusting. (e) Cleaning the plumber blocks and applying fresh grease. (f) Repair / servicing the push button station incl replaceing push button. (g) Cleaning and greasing the wrinch & rope assy. (h) Servicing , aligning & adjusting the limit switches. (j) Lubrication of all moving parts & apply fresh grease / gear oil (k) Checking the brake system & replaceing the wear out liners and aligning complete. (l) Checking, cleaning and servicing of the gear box assy with minor spares. (m) Carryout proper alignment of EOT crane for smooth functioning. Note: (i) Spares for crane if required will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) T&P required , rent of vehicle, crane, labour involved for shifting, lifting are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Gear Shaft(MS) of dia up to 50mm for EOT cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Fuses (HRC) upto 32 Amps for EOT cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

3 phase electrical magnetic brake suitable for upto 2 ton EOT cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Pendent cable (2.5sqmm, 19/21 core multistranded copper cable) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

PVC sheathed multistranded flexible copper cable of 3 core x 1.5 sqmm 1100V grade for EOT crane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repair of pedestal bearings, suitable of size for moving and operation of crane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repair of flame proof control ON-OFF switch board for smooth operaton of crane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair of Break liner pulley in brake shoe assembly drum complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair of Break Shoe assembly including alignment of break shoes in presence complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair of gear oil suitable for EOT cranes confirming to IS:335:1965 in gear box assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only Grease for lubrication of all moving parts of the system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair Hoist contactor ML0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair Cross travel Contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair HPSV lamp 400 watt suitable for flameproof fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair Steel wire rope of suitable size as per site requirement for lifting of load confirming to IS 2266 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for painting of complete EOT crane including structural, mechanical and electrical parts after scrapping of old painted surface with wire brush throught, cleaning of all dirt, grease, scales, dust and then giving single coat of primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by sparay gun. The various components shall be painted in different colour as per colour code complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Taking out the unserviceable Hoist drive motor from EOT crane for rewinding and rewinding with existing gauge of wire complete and the same motor Installaing & testing for smooth working complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Taking out the unserviceable cross travel motor from EOT crane for rewinding and rewinding with existing gauge of wire complete and the same motor Installaing & testing for smooth working complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Taking out the unserviceable main track motor from EOT crane for rewinding and rewinding with existing gauge of wire complete and the same motor Installaing & testing for smooth working complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Taking down and overhauling of chain pulley blocks of capacity 2 Ton to 10 Ton cross travel unit of EOT crane by applying suitable oils and grease wherever required and applying cadmium compound to wire ropes including supplying and replacing un serviceable bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for alignment of EOT crane tracks on both side including gas cutting, welding and grinding for smooth movement of girder for long travel and cross travel upto 2 Ton capacity crane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Carrying out load test on EOT cranes of 10 Ton capacity under 110% of full load capacity of cranes on hoisting, long travel and cross travel for checking the performance including deflection test with necessary manpower, instruments, necessary internal transportation upto required cranes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: Arrangements of Load / deflection test for cranes shall be carried out by the contractor through licensed crane inspector in presence of department rep as directed by Engr in Charge & user rep and recording of test result & certificate will be issued by the same.

Labour for visiting of EOT crane of capacity 02 Ton to 10 Ton by EOT specialist mechanic for complete checking of serviceability of EOT crane and finding of the fault in the crane and replacement of defective item of the crane and testing the crane complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Rate quoted by the bidder must include cost of replacement of minor spare parts. (b) Major items must be paid separately in respective items of Schedule. (c) This item will not be clubbed with any other item & will be utilized only for call based/breakdown repair.

S & F Limit switch of electric operated gates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F power contactors 3 pole with No + NC type 30-40 Amps suitable for electric operated gates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rewinding the 2 HP capacity 3 phase electric motors for electric operated gates with copper winding, wire of gauge as per existing with class 'B' insulation including dismantling, transporting, refixing and testing on load all as specified & directed.

Labour for visiting of Electric operated gates by mechanic for complete checking of serviceability of Electric operated gates and finding of the fault in the gate and replacement of defective item of the gate and testing the gate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Rate quoted by the bidder must include cost of replacement of minor spare parts. (b) Major items must be paid separately in respective items of Schedule. (c) visit for all the electric operated gate in the station for assessment of fault and item required will be considered under one job.
