Periodic maintenance of the vehicle by way of changing of M-oil change, gear/differential oil change, coolant, brake fluid, steering oil of specific grades, M-oil filter, fuel filters (02), air filter set, cleaning of bye pass filter set after prior draining of old M-oil, gear oil etc, re-adjustment of fan belts etc, cleaning of fuel tank etc Complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, tools with tackles and other incidental/allied works. M Oil, Gear Oil, Brake Oil, Steering Oil shall be provided by the Department.

Repairs to be carried out to steering by way of replacement of steering pump, steering oil with filter after prior removal of old pump and dismantling of different parts of steering system. The job then includes re-assembling of different parts including testing.

Minor repairing of water tank at various spots/back side and safety guard by way of denting, setting including welding, patching from inside, grinding etc

Repairs to transmission and universal system of the tanker by way of disassembling and lowering of differential, complete propeller shaft assembly and cleaning of all the parts using HSD and dhoti cloth and then removing of worn out/ damaged parts. The job includes providing and fitting of cross holder, U.J crosses (03 Nos), centre bearing, nuts with bolts, dust cover, gasket, yoke and teeth etc. The job also includes re-straightening and re-splicing of the whole propeller shaft assembly and refitting of the complete system. Complete job includes all kinds of carriage with handling charges, cost of material, skilled labour charges, lathe work, welding, grinding, tools with tackles and all other incidental/allied works.

Repairs to cooling system by way of demounting of the radiator assembly, inter cooler from vehicle chassis and then cleaning of radiator assembly inside and outside, hose pipe set with clamps, water body kit, rubber buffers etc using skilled technician/mechanic. Complete job includes all kinds of carriage with handling charges, skilled labour and tools with tackles required and all other incidental works thereof.

Repairs to cooling system by way of demounting of the radiator assembly, inter cooler from vehicle chassis and then providing and fitting of new radiator assembly as per model and make of vehicle, including replacement of water body, hose pipe set with clamps, water body kit, rubber buffers, foundation rubber pads etc. Complete job includes all kinds of carriage with handling charges, skilled labour and tools with tackles required and all other incidental works thereof.

Repair works to be carried out to the clutch assembly system, by way of opening, demounting/lowering the clutch housing complete with gear box from the vehicle chassis and prior removing/ disassembling of clutch plate, pressure plate, flywheel, clutch release bearing, flywheel bearing, clutch release bearing lock etc and then cleaning of all the parts using HSD, sand paper and dhoti cloth for inspection by using necessary tools and tackles. Providing and fitting of new clutch plate, pressure plate bearing lock, nut-bolts etc. Refitting back whole assembly with the gear box and then with the vehicle chassis, proper alignment including testing to check for transmission. Complete job includes cost of material, loading/unloading, all kinds of handling charges, skilled labour charges, tools with tackles and other incidental/allied works

Repairs to the suspension system of the vehicle by way of demounting the leaf spring assemblies from vehicle chassis. The job contains providing and fitting of centre bolts F/R (4 Nos), U-clamps (4 Nos), leaf spring clips with bolts (10 Nos each), bushings, washers etc. The job also includes removing the damaged leaf springs and then providing and fitting of additional new leaves to all the spring assemblies (6 no’s). The job also includes re-tensioning of the remaining leaf springs and reassembling/ refitting of the leaf spring assemblies with vehicle chassis. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, tools with tackles and other incidental/allied works.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of rear side safety guard of requisite pipe diameters by using mechanical press machine for reinforcement and proper holding with vehicle chassis using gas welding, cutting, grinding, buffing etc, denting/ repairing of rear side mud-guards, providing and fitting of mud flaps etc. Complete job includes all kinds of carriage with handling charges, skilled labour and tools with tackles required and all other incidental works.

Providing and fitting of tail light assembly with bulbs, front light with bulbs, switches, re-setting of electric wiring, temperature meter, rpm meter, Odometer with requite sensors and meter cables etc. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, tools with tackles and other incidental/allied works.

Providing and fitting of front windshield screen, including denting, setting etc of front show of cabin, along with side mirror (02 no). The job consists of extraction of old damaged/ broken front windshield screen, fabricating the steel frame work by removing the rusted portion, fitting of new one windshield with rubber mould beading for proper fixing using Loctite etc. Complete job includes all kinds of carriage with handling charges, skilled labour and tools and tackles required.

Repairs to self-starter, alternator by way of following works: i) Demounting of the starter from the engine block and dismantling and removing the damaged / worn out parts. ii) Providing and fitting of self-bush set, self-field coil set, contact point set, bearings, carbon brush set, solenoid switch etc to starter including re-assembling the self-starter with proper setting and testing. iii) Providing and fitting of alternator oil seal, slip ring, cut out plate, bearings, bushes, etc to alternator including re-assembling the alternator with proper setting and testing. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, tools with tackles and other incidental/allied works.

Painting works to be carried out by way of applying the steel primer coat of standard quality to complete body, front show, cabin (from inside and outside), water tank, chassis frame, diesel tank, tool box, battery stand, and wheel drums after applying of water resistant putty, using mechanized sand paper for making surface smooth and then applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by way of manual and mechanical means. Each coat shall be allowed to dry thoroughly and rubbed smooth before the next coat is applied except the last paint coat using sand paper or fine pumice stone. All the paint coats shall be of standard quality. Regarding Water tank from inside to be carried out by way of applying of epoxy water resistant primer using manual and spray gun and then applying the epoxy white paint. The MS tank should be painted in original colour/shade in two coats of synthetic enamel paint after prior applying of two coats of synthetic enamel primer. Each coat shall be allowed to dry thoroughly (facilitated by ventilation) and rubbed smooth before the next coat is applied except the last paint coat using sand paper or fine pumice stone. All the paint coats shall be of standard quality followed by polishing of the painted tanker, including Letter Writing to the tank, front show and bonnet.

Repairs to suspension system of the vehicle by way of fitting of front and rear leaf spring bush kits, washers, centre bolts, pins etc. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, tools with tackles and other incidental/allied works.

Complete Overhauling/calibration of rotary F.I pump by way of disassembling of the pump from engine block, and then shifting/ inspection of the pump on testing machine by skilled technician. The job also contains cleaning of the pump along with governor system with readjustment of the ports with complete calibration, repairing of fuel feed pump etc and refitting back whole assembly for testing.
