Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Inter connection of new laid pipe line with existing pipeline (i) 200 mm MS ERW to 63 mm HDPE

(ii) 150 mm MS ERW to 110 mm HDPE

(iii) 150 mm MS ERW to 90 mm HDPE

(iv) 110 mm HDPE to 90 mm HDPE

Shifting ferrule connection from existing pipeline to new pipeline including excavation of pits, cutting of existing pipeline, fixing of special, inserting, cutting of road surface, dewatering, taking out of mud, baricating and diversion of traffic, carting of spl, T&P, labour etc. complete but excluding cost of pipe fittings and specials etc. complete.

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 1100.00 x 0.60x 0.2

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :

(B) Boundary Wall (1.8 m height) Excavation of earth mixed with Shingle, Boulders etc. including Lift upto 1.50 m and Lead upto 30.00 m, including all Labour, Material, T&P etc. Comlete.

Concrete with 40 mm gauge stone ballast, local sand & cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation & floor including supply of all materials, labour, T& P etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement and local sand morter in foundation and plinth complete.

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement and local sand morter in super structure complete.

Half brick thick wall 1:4 half brick masonary with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non Modulor) brick of class designation 7.5 m Super Structure above plinth lavel up to Floor V level in 1:4 cement motor.

15 mm thick plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6( 1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cuttin in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer us required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. for Joist of RS 250 mm x 125 mm & 9 mm thick size & 3.60 m long in position

Distempering with Dry Distemper (Three Coats on wall) including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.

(C) Approach Road Provide all Materials, Labour, T & P etc and construct Approach Road to the Tube Well & O.H.T Campus. (Unit estimate attached)

(D) Iron Gate Provide all Materials, Labour, T & P etc and construct 3.60 m Wide Entrance Gate with Gate Pillars for controlling approach to the area. (Unit estimate attached)
