Supply, fixing, installing, testing and commissioning of LT distribution panel cubical type, indoor type, three phase, 4 wire, aluminium bus bar for phases and neutral, made out of CRCA sheet 2.0mm thick, factory fabricated, CPRI approved, IP-43, confirming to IS-8623, power coated, dust and vermin proof, floor mounted duly guouted, rear door openable type, provision for ventilation, suitable size to accommodate the items mentioned here-in-below and having separate compartment / chambers for cable gallery, bus bar, change over switches, MCCB, etc including spray painted with two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and comprising of following including necessary cable connections to the MCCBs, voltmeter, Ammeter and cable lugs etc including dismantling of old unserviceable LT distribution panel alongwith all accesories:-

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 160 KVA (128KW), 415 Volt, 0.8 PF at NTP, 3 phase, 50 Hz, factory assembled Silent Diesel Engine Driven Generating set, mounted on common base plateform with flexible coupling 1500 RPM alongwith sound proof enclosure (acoustic enclosure) designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB(A) average IS 8528 Part-10 as per approved CPCB norms and as per GSR 371 (E) and independently supported from engine to outside of power house upto 1.00 mtr, AVM pads foundation as per manufacturer's design, cold starting kit battery start with suitable cables for connecting from DG set to panel board, DG set shall be capable of operating in temperature range of (-35 to +35 degree centigrade) complete with and including of the following accessories suitable for parallel operation/independent operations :- (A) Prime Mover :- Diesel Engine of suitable capacity, water cooled radiator type closed circuit as per BIS 649 or IS-1002 direct inject type turbo with turbo charger. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hrs continuously with 10% overloading for one hour in every 12 hrs as per BIS-5514 / BIS-649, Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting as per manufacturer's recommendations and mounted on common base frame through flexible coupling with following accessories :-

(i) Battery charging ammeter (ii) Battery charging voltmeter (iii) Ignition key and starting with push button switch (iv) Lubricating oil pressure gauge. (v) Electronic / Microprocessor based Governor controlling (vi) Toggle switch for idle running (vii) Oil temperature gauge (viii) Water temperature gauge (ix) Safety Control (Trip):- (a) High water temperature (b) Low lubricant oil pressure (c) Over speed. (x) Lubricant oil heater to avoid freezing (xi) 24 Hours starting equipment comprising of the following :- (a) 02 Nos, 12 Volts, 180 AH Batteries (b) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator (c) Self starter motor of suitable capacity (d) Battery leads (copper standard cable) of suitable size with brass thimbles and terminals.

(g) Oil pressure meter - 01 (h) Set of copper bus bar of suitable size & capacity - 01 set (D) Other Fittings :- (i) Battery charger:- Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of rectifiers, capacitors and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge 12 volts, 180 AH battery 02 Nos at a time and with 01 Nos ammeter or suitable range provision of incoming electric connector single phase 220 Volts and two terminal of connecting outgoing leads to connect battery including suitable size of 02 Nos copper leads with connecting clips duly fixed on suitable size of angle iron frame made out of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and suitable size of wooden plank complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Fuel Tank capacity as per manufacturer recommendations on steel frame at suitable height with all connecting pipes and fitting upto pump and over flow pipe form engine to tank includingl level indicating gauge duly marked and drain valve and air vent plug etc.

(E) Maintenance Spares :- (i) Fuel fitter element - 02 Nos (ii) Oil fitter – 03 Nos (iii) Fan Belt – 01 Nos (iv) Hose Belt - 01 Nos (v) Tappet cover gasket - 01 Nos (F) DG Set shall be supplied alongwith acoustic original enclosure of the manufacturer suitable for 160 KVA DG set as per CPCB Norms. (G) Tool kit as supplied by the manufacturer alongwith each set - 01 set complete. (H) The contractor shall produce a copy of approved certificate to authenticate the above from the OEM/OEAD. (I) The DG set shall be tested by the Contractor in presence of the Accepting Officer’s representative / IEM & Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost to the department and the quoted rates are deemed to be included for all these aspects. (J) Payment of DG set will be made only after satisfactory testing.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth as in foundation, drains, laying/taking out pipes/cables etc, or for shaft, well, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreding, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Sand cushioning to underground cable with dry & fine sand locally available 8cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying factory made, ISI marked, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with multi-stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, corss sectional area 95 sqmm, 3.5 core, laid in trenches, ducts, drown through GI pipes, across the road / path / drain / along poles / wall / floors / equiptment etc. including jointing testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per BOQ item No. 8.00 here-in-before but corss sectional area 50 sqmm.

M&L Plain Cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation / coping of poles, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Necessary formwork required for PCC work shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement gate light fitting, decorative oriental design landscape luminaire suitable for 1x26 watt retro CFL with opel diffuser complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Havells catpart No. LHLC41126099 or equivalent in Wipro / Phillips / Crompton

S&F 40mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of cable on pole/trenches etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement LED street light fitting, 120 watt, IP 66, pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughned glass complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Bajaj catpart No. BRTFG 120W LED or equivalent in Wipro / Phillips / Crompton

M&L for preparation of surface of steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (09 mtr long) and painting with two coat of aluminium paint over & including a coat of redoxide primer including writing pole number in yellow background with black letters (with thick paint) above embeded portion of pole(i.e exposed surface) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Erection in vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (09 mtr long) with 300 mmX300mmX6mm mild steel base plate continously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts and screws, including factory painted with two coats of Black bituminious paint internally throught the length and externally for embeded portion only including numbering and applying synthetic enamel paint two coats above embeded portion, making alternate white & black strips each 30 cm wide upto 10.5 m above from coping, remaining exposed length of pole painted with two coat of aluminium paint over & including a coat of redoxide primer after erection of pole including dismantling of old unserviceable steel tubular pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Followings items required for erection of pole are also included in quoted rates:- (i) Excavation, Returning-in-filling & Removal of earthwork. (ii) PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in subbase below pole foundation, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 around pole as in foundation & PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in plinth block/coping of pole. (iii) Any necessary formwork/mould required in PCC work.

S&F in replacement junction box, single piece moulded SMC Box of size 240x130x110mm outer and 195x135x90mm inner dimension consisting of one single pole 6 Amp, 240 volt MCB and one 2/4 way connector including all necessary fixing arrangement to LT ploe with necessaary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F in replacement street light fitting bracket made out of 40mm bore GI pipe(light grade), 1.2mtr long, bent to shape as required at site for fixing with necessary MS flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement solar garden light, high quality, mild steel construction, duly powder coated, ultra bright 12 Nos. white LED(0.25watt) with 100,000 hours life expectancy, lumen output 1200 lux, premium quality crystalline solar moudule (>5 Wp), automatically switches ON the light at dusk and switches OFF at Dawn, inlcuding high capacity Lead acid sealed maintenance free, 2 Nos., 6 Volt, 4 AH batteries, two days autonomy for non sunshine days, height of GI pipe 3.5 feet and dia 32 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L in replacement earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connecting with GI earth strip 25x4 mm as earth lead by means of bolt, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and provision of GI tubing light grade (ISI marked) of 40 mm bore for protection of earth strip including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 8mm dia @ 100 mm c/c borh ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal size 75X75X25mm with fixing arrangment , funnel, wiremesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres , all as per electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part - I, 2009 to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
