POLISHED TO STEEL FURNITURE Preparation of existing old steel surfaces of furniture of Table Bed Side (FD/E6/Map/15 (R) mild steel of any description and in any postion, filling cavities with necessary putty/filler to achive even and smooth surface and applying one coat of synthetc enamel paint to achive even and smooth golsy finish complete all specified and directed. NOTE : 1. Painting and polishing shall be done all around on all the exposed surfaces including internal accessories like shelves, draws, staioners, partition steel surfaces with spray painting all as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. 2. Rate quoted by the contractor should be incusive of removing dents/correcting profiles of deshpaed itemild steel/parts to the normal postion. 3. Surface and site shall be left neat and clean. 4. Work shall be exeucted in Bldgs in users possession within perimeters of Army Area Bhuj or at BSO Yard as directed.

REPAIR TO LOCKER STEEL-FD-127 FD-1029 Removing old & unserviceable leg of locker and supplying and fixing new leg of locker (steel) as per drg.

Removing old & unserviceable handle and supplying and fixing new chromium plated handle 100mm long for locker (steel) as per drg.

Removing old & unserviceable hasp & staple and supplying and fixing new safety type hasp and stapple chromium plated 75mm long, 3mm thick as per drg.

Removing old & unserviceable hanging rod and supplying and fixing new hanging rod of 20mm dia conduit pipe of 1.6mm thick with sockets all as per drg.

REPAIR TO CHAIR SCHOOL W/HARD BOARD (FD/E6/MAP/05) Removing old unserviceable conduit pipe S&F new Conduit pipe 25mm dia 18 guage using gas welding and standard workmanship complete all as directed.

Removing old unserviceable Hand Rest Board S&F new Hand Rest Board size 585mm x 300mm x 25mm thick T.W. free from dead knot.

Removing old unserviceable rubber shoe and S&F new rubber shoe

REPAIR TO CHAIR COMPUTER/REVOLVING (FD/E6/MAP/01) Removing of old and unserviceable Cloth of Chair seat and back and S&F new superior quality cloth fixed with takel blue. Cloth shall not be less than Rs 200/mtr and colour & quality approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing lifting jack/shocker after taking out unservicable jack/shocker.

Supply and fixing caster roller pin/ screw type after taking out unservicable caster roller pin/ screw type.

Supply and fixing PVC arm rest after taking out unservicable arm rest.

Remove old & unserviceable 3 way locking device and S&F new three way locking devices MS seat cover for almirah steel large / medium as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable handle and S&F new almirah handles 125 mm for large/ medium as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable clips and S&F new MS shelving clips for almirah medium/large steel as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable hinges and S&F new MS door hinges by welding 75mm size for almirah large steel / medium steel as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable legs and S&F new legs for almirah steel as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable shelf and S&F new shelf for large/ medium as per drg.

REPAIR TO LADDER FOR LOFT- FD-238 Removing old & unserviceable portion of ladder for loft and supply & fix by gas welding at places of 25mm MS conduit pipe upto 8" as per drg.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING OR - FD-165(M) Removing old and unserviceable portion of MS square tubing of table dining ORs & supply and fixing of new portion of MS 25mm square tube with 1.6mm wall thickness upto 150mm long by gas welding and standard workmanship complete all as directed.

Removing of existing broken damaged table top of the table dining ORs & supply and fixing of new table top of partical board 18 mm thick of size 1.9 meter long and 0.685 meter wide duly covered with 0.79 mm thick alimimunim sheet with full threaded machine.

REPAIR TO TEAPOY VARANDAH-FD-255 FD-208 Remove old & unserviceable top of teapoy varandah & S&F new top made of Prelaminated particale board exterior grade as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable portion of MS conduit tubing 19/20mm of teapoy varandah & S&F new pipe by gas welding of 19/20mm conduit tubing upto 6" as per drg.

S & F two nos of 350mm long 20mm dia MS conduit pipe and welding as stiffiners at both side and one No of 750mm long as centre stiffiner.

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS-FD-75(M) Remove old & unserviceable second class hard wood seat frame & S&F new second class hard wood seat frame with nut and bolt to conduit pipe for chair CB `A' steel arms, duly canned as per drg. Godrej pattern size 460mm x 450mm duly black polished all as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable second class hard wood back frame and S&F new second class hard wood back frame with nut & bolts to conduit pipe for chair CB `A' steel arms, duly canned as per Godrej pattern size 460mm x 410mm duly black polished all as per drg.

S&F by welding of iron strip size 25mm x 3mm thick and 500mm long with two holes in each strip for fixing the screw to the seat frame of the chairs.

S&F by welding 04 Nos flat iron 50 x 3mm to a length of 4" cut & made to shape both sides of the chair leg each side 02 Nos.

Remove old & unserviceable second class hard wood arm and S&F of second class hard wood arms for chair CB `A' steel with arms duly black polished all as per drg.

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITHOUT ARMS- FD-75 Remove old & unserviceable second class hard wood seat frame and S&F new second class hard wood seat frame for chair CB without arms steel with nuts & bolts to conduit pipe, seat duly canned as per Godrej pattern of size 380mm x 420mm duly black polished, all as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable second class hard wood back frame S&F new second class hard wood back frame for chair CB steel with out arms steel with nut & bolts to conduit pipe, back frame duly canned as per Godrej pattern of size 380mm x 420mm duly black polished all as per drg.

S&F by welding of iron strip size 25mm x 3mm thick and 420mm long with two holes for fixing the screw to the seat frame.

S & F by welding of 4 Nos flat iron 50x3mm to a length of 6" cut & made to shape both side of chair leg each side 02 Nos.

REPAIR TO FORM WITHOUT BACK-FD-77 Remove old & unserviceable portion of MS square at legs of form without back and S&F new tubing by gas welding of 25mm MS square tube of 1.6 mm thick upto 6" long as per drg.

Removing old & unserviceable seat from the form without back and supply and fix new seat of Ist class hard wood (Indian teak)of size 1525 x 255 x 25 mm well seasoned in one piece,free from knots, cracks and sap and applying two coat of french polish to achieve glossy finishing and fixing with steel frame of form without back with nuts, bolts and washer and applying one coat of black/olive green synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of frame complete all as directed.

REPAIR TO FORM WITH BACK-FD-78 Remove old & unserviceable portion of MS square tube at legs of form with back and S & F new tubing by gas welding of 25 mm MS square tube of 6 " long x 1.6 mm thick all as per drg.

Removing old & unserviceable seat and supply and fix new seat of Ist class hard wood (Indian teak) of size 1800x255x25mm in one piece well seasoned free from knots, cracks and sap and applying two coat of french polish to achieve glossy finishing and fixing with steel frame of form with back with nuts, bolts and washer and applying one coat of black / olive green synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of frame complete all as directed.

Removing old & unserviceable back of form back and supply and fix new back of Ist class hard wood (Indian teak)of size 1800 mm x150x19 mm in one piece well seasoned free from knots, cracks and sap and applying two coat of french polish to achieve glossy finishing and fixing with steel frame of form with back with nuts, bolts and washer all as shown in drg and as directed.

Running welding at places for loosened joints.

REPAIR TO TABLE OFFICE CLERK (STEEL)- FD-1004 Repairs to all existing drawer of steel table office clerk by taking out from table, removing and denting by cutting, welding etc as required and easning and resetting in the table for smooth functioning.

Taking down unserviceable locking arrangement from drawers & supply & fix new brass lever lock (6 lever) with duplicate key including locking arrangement.

Removing of existing broken damaged table top of the table office clerk steel of size 1200mm x 600mm x 18mm thick & supply and fixing of new table top of pre laminated partical board 18mm thick 4mm teak wood edging shall be provided all round of the top & fixed with 75mm long steel screw and apply one coat of black / olive green paint to the steel frame of table , all as shown on drg and as directed.

Removing of existing broken damaged standard PVC Handle and S&F new standard PVC Handle.

REPAIR TO STOOL (STEEL) 305X305X510MM-FD-81(M) Remove old unserviceable portion of leg made out of MS sheet 1.6 mm thick upto 6" 4 Nos including S&F new MS leg made out of MS 1.6 mm thick upto 6" 4 Nos by gas welding as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable seat and S&F new sheet MS plain 1.6 mm thick by gas welding, size of top 305 mm x 305 mm and all as per drg.

REPAIR TO TABLE (STEEL) 900X900X760MM-FD-1009(M) Remove old and unserviceable portion of MS square tubing of table 3x3 and fixing of new portion of MS square tube 25mm 1.6mm wall thickness upto 150mm long by gas welding and standard workmanship complete all as directed.

Removing of existing broken damaged table top of the table office clk steel of size 900mmx900mmx18mm thick and supply and fixing of new table top of pre laminated partical board 18 mm thick 4mm teak wood edging shall be provided all round of the top & fixed with 75mm long steel screw and apply once coat of black/olive green paint to the steel frame of Table rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VARANDAH WITH CANE (FD-19) Removing of existing unserviceable old cane from chair varandah and supply and weaving of the same with new plastic cane 4 mm wide, white colour half round of approved quality including applying two coats of white synthetic enameled paint of approved quality on old steel surfaces of chair before canning complete all as directed

Removal of old and unserviceable portion of mild steel conduit tubing of chair varandah and S & F new portion of 20mm dia mild steel tubing with gas welding and with standard workmanship at four tuck welds where required as per drg and apply two coat of white paint over a coat of red oxide primer on the welding portion to match with existing white paint colour of chair varandah complete all as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable old Rubber shoe and S&F new rubber shoe.

REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING STEEL (MAP) Removing of old and unserviceable cushion of seat and back both of chair writing steel and proving new 40 density cushion of 75 mm thick for seat and 50 mm thick for back both covered separately with leather rexine and fix suitable for seat and back complete as per drg all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE (STEEL) 900mmX600mmX760mmFD-1008(M) Remove old and unserviceable portion of MS square tubing of table 900x600x760mm and fixing of new portion of MS square tube 25mm 1.6mm wall thickness upto 150mm long by gas welding and standard workmanship complete all as directed.

S & F in replancement the new top table 900x600x760 mm (FD-1008(M) with prelaminated partical board of size 900x600x18 mm with and teak wood edging 4mm thick alround fixed with long steel screw at appropriate distance and applying one coat of black paint/Olive green paint ti steel surfaces of the table complete all as show on drawing specifed and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
