Tender for Engagement of Consultants for Optimum Commercial Utilization of Commercial Space/Asset and Vacant Railway land at Stations over Vadodara Division, Western Railway under Group-2: Nadiad, Modasa, Anand & Khambhat.

The Bidder must have an aggregate financial turnover of not less than 1.5 times the Advertised Tender Value during the last three previous financial years and the current financial year. Bidder has to submit an Audited Balance Sheet along with a profit & loss account statement certified by a Chartered Accountant in support of eligibility failing which the offer will be treated as non-responsive & will be summarily rejected.

Similar Consultancy Services Shall mean consultancy assignments. Wherein the Bidder must have handled or completed at least 05 (Five) transaction advisory projects during the last ten (10) calendar years (From 01.01.15 to 31.12.24) relating to: a.Monetization of land and/or building assets, or b.REIT listing or other modes of monetization of property assets of reputed Public/Private Sector organizations, or c.PPP (Public-Private Partnership) transactions Note: (International assignments undertaken by the firm shall also be considered) Bidder has to submit work Completion Certificate in support of eligibility failing which the offer will be treated as non-responsive & will be summarily rejected.
