Design, Build and five year Operation And maintenance of KAULAGARH Water Supply Scheme Distt. Dehradun Under Amrut-2.0 Program

Source Head Works-Providing, laying and constructing complete boulder filled infiltration gallery of 4.00 metre length, conforming to approved drawings and hydraulic design, comprising all excavation in all kinds of strata including dewatering, dressing and preparation of foundation bed, providing and laying graded filter media including coarse sand, gravel and approved quality machine-broken boulders of specified size, construction of PCC/RCC base, side walls, cover slab and collection chamber as required, providing and fixing perforated HDPE/GI/MS collection pipe with necessary fittings, joints and outlet arrangements, backfilling and disposal of surplus excavated material, complete with all necessary shuttering, centering, curing, testing and finishing works, including all required soil/geotechnical investigations for safe foundation and structural design, detailed hydraulic and structural design with preparation and submission of drawings, third‑party proof‑checking/vetting of all hydraulic and structural designs through any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or any other Government engineering institution of national repute (such as NITs or equivalent), incorporating all observations/comments three months continuous trial-run and operation of the system as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, and preparation/submission of as-built drawings, O&M manuals and preventive maintenance schedules, with the quoted rate inclusive of all materials, labour, T&P, machinery, scaffolding, testing charges, water and power required for testing/trial-run, royalty, freight, insurance, taxes, duties, labour cess and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as per CPHEEO provisions, relevant BIS standards and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing, laying and constructing Extra length RCC cross wall beyond standard design parameters, conforming to approved hydraulic and structural drawings, including all excavation in all kinds of soil/rock with dewatering, dressing and preparation of foundation, providing and laying PCC levelling course, reinforced cement concrete of required grade in foundation and superstructure, including supply, cutting, bending, binding and placing of reinforcement steel, formwork, centering, staging, curing and finishing complete, providing all construction joints, water stops and necessary embedments as required, backfilling and disposal of surplus excavated material, complete with all associated works for integration with intake/diversion/boulder filled gallery system, including all required soil and geotechnical investigations for safe foundation and structural stability, detailed hydraulic and structural design with preparation and submission of drawings, third‑party proof‑checking/vetting of all hydraulic and structural designs through any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or any other Government engineering institution of national repute (such as NITs or equivalent), incorporating all observations/comments testing and commissioning, two months continuous trial-run/operation wherever applicable as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, and preparation/submission of as-built drawings, O&M manuals and preventive maintenance schedules, with the quoted rate inclusive of all materials, labour, T&P, machinery, shuttering, scaffolding, testing charges, water and power for construction/testing, freight, insurance, royalty, taxes, duties, labour cess and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as per CPHEEO provisions, relevant BIS codes and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.Specifications with quantity is also attached with the tender document (Annexure no - 2 )

Providing, laying and constructing complete RCC intake chamber of internal size 1.00 m × 1.00 m × 1.50 m, including all excavation in all kinds of soil/rock with dewatering, dressing and preparation of foundation bed, providing and laying PCC levelling course, reinforced cement concrete of required grade in base slab, side walls and cover slab, including supply, cutting, bending, binding and placing of reinforcement steel, formwork, centering, staging, curing and finishing complete, providing and fixing inlet/outlet pipe arrangements, CI/MS cover with frame, necessary valves/fittings and all allied appurtenances as required, backfilling and disposal of surplus excavated material, complete with all construction joints, water-tightness arrangements including, testing and commissioning,and testing, two months continuous run/operation wherever applicable as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, and preparation/submission of as-built drawings, O&M manuals and preventive maintenance schedules, with the quoted rate inclusive of all materials, labour, T&P, machinery, shuttering, scaffolding, testing charges, water and power for testing/trial-run, freight, insurance, royalty, taxes, duties, labour cess and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as per CPHEEO provisions, relevant BIS standards and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.Specifications with quantity is also attached with the tender document (Annexure no -3)

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer- in- charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in Breastwalls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction &The contractor shall prepare and submit the detailed design and structural drawings for the RR 1:6 retaining wall at his own cost, duly considering the actual site conditions, levels, soil strata, stability requirements and all relevant structural parameters, and the work shall be executed only after approval of the competent authority/Engineer-in-Charge

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid Dry, in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifictionas & contractor shall prepare and submit the detailed design and structural drawings for the RR retaining wall at his own cost, duly considering the actual site conditions, levels, soil strata, stability requirements and all relevant structural parameters, and the work shall be executed only after approval of the competent authority/Engineer-in-Charge

Gravity Main- Excavation of earth for pipeline in following strata lift upto 1.5 m lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from trenches including supply of labour, T & P etc.It will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajari and boulders and rest will be in medium rockand Hard Rock Soil mixed with Bolder (SMB)
