2. The payment shall be made for actual man days worked / spent. The man days estimated by ONGC are not inclusive of travel time. Man day rate shall not be payable for travel time. Bidder shall quote for ONGC’s estimated man days .

3. Man days include requirement of Civil Engineering discipline engineers or individual discipline engineers as per requirement.

4. Man day rate indicated above is all inclusive rate including but not limited to the following i. All taxes duties, fees, overheads etc. The bidder to indicate the applicable tax(es) and tariff % ii. Computer time Secretarial typing, clerical services etc. iii. Administrative, Managerial, Legal, services etc. iv. Reprographic services, Materials, Photocopy, Stationery etc. v. All local traveling, Communication charges including telephone, telefax, courier etc

5. Man day shall be considered based on the jobs as mentioned below;. • 8 hours shift for site supervision shall be considered as one full day. • In case the actual utilization is less than specified hours on a given day for onshore India, the man day shall be treated as ½ day. • Two half days shall be considered as one full day. • No overtime allowance shall be payable.
