Dry brick pitching in road side drains Providing dry brick pitching in road side drain with 1st class brick laid on edge to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions as per approved design and MoRD Technical Specification Clause 307, 1606. (Excluding the cost of excavation which would be paid separately)

Providing concrete for plain concrete (using jhama brick aggregate) in open foundations complete including formwork as per drawings & MoRD technical specifications Clauses 802, 803, 900, 1202 and 1203. (includingcentering, shuttering, staging etc. but excluding reinforcement) I P.C.C grade M 10 (using jhama brick aggregate) (ii) Nominal mix 1:3.6 (Hand mixing)

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation completed excluding pointing & plastering as per drawing& MoRD technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 &1203. II Brick masonry in 1:4 cement mortar

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth inlayers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or woodenor steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layerwith power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m : - All kinds of soil.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 12 mm thick on brickwork/ C.C. work including a finishing coat of neat cement punning with 2.75 kg of cement per sqm in substructure as per MoRD technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete including formwork as per drawings & MoRD technical specifications Clauses 802, 803, 900, 1202 and 1203. (including centering, shuttering, staging etc. but excluding reinforcement). V. R.C.C grade M 25

Supplying, fitting & placing Thermo-Mechanically treated bar/ Cold twisted deformed steel bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings & MoRD technical specifications Clauses 1000 & 1202.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required: In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete.

Providing and laying 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles of approved size conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement :4 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed withpigment of matching shade complete.Ceramic Glazed Tiles 1st quality 300 x 300mm in all shades and designs

Providing and fixing precast chequered cement concrete tiles 18 mm thick, laid in footpath & courtyard, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry including rubbing and cleaning complete as per direction of the Engineer-inCharge.
