Making of temporary arrangement for Hydra Crane and gantry/chain-block at tail pool along with platform and shifting of gate for carrying out dismantling of foot valve of cooling motor pumps.
Carrying out dismantling of pipe along with foot valves of cooling water pumps by way of opening of its nuts and bolts at tail pool with the help of temporary rope arrangement to reach the site and then fixing of ropes and slings for lifting of the foot valve after taking out from beneath the water at tail pool and its carriage up to the service bay
Making of steel wire mesh around new foot valves by way of steel wire bars with so as to obstruct solid particles to enter and ensuring choking of this mesh with ease of removal from under water with proper hooking /locking system.
Carrying out fixing of new foot valves with the existing pipeline after connecting the nuts and bolts and then shifting of the same from service bay to tail pool for re-fixing the foot valve whole assembly with the existing assembly of cooling motor pipe system. Tightening of nuts and bolts properly to avoid any air locking in the pipe line. Checking the behavior of the cooling motors one by one for smooth functioning of foot valve for proper pressure building
