Supply and Fix in trenches/passing under roads Cast Iron / DI pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, class LA connecting to water supply pipe line and connections of size 150 mm bore including removing / talking down of old CI pipe/ ERW pipe line for credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laid in repair in trenches 100 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends, Tees, Union etc. and connecting to water supply pipe line including taking out existing old/rustedout steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of excavation, returning filling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L in repair, cast Iron fittings for spigot and sockets ends pipes (up to 150 mm bore) such as bends, tapers any type (straight , bend, increasing, decreasing, or double socket etc.) Tee pieces, single branch, "Y" junction ,double branch, cross, all spigot and socket, collars, caps and plugs (conforming to IS:8329) including jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in trenches/passing under roads galvanised steel water tubing, 65 mm bore, heavy class grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends, Tees, Union etc. complete and connecting to water supply main pipe line for connections including removing/taking out old pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sq. m on plan and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil. Note :- The rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to include the cost for excavation the trenches to required slope / gradient for laying of pipes.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft / loose soil complete all as specified. Note:-The back fill shall be neatly rounded/levelled over the trench to a sufficient height to allow for settlement to the required level all as specified in clause 18.56.6(a) of SSR Part I - 2009)

M&L in repair, quick fix double halt clamp coupler with rubber gasket for 100 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fix in repair 50 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed after taking out old /rusted complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair, 80 mm bore Non return valve (reflux), cast iron body, ISI marked with by pass arrangement, both end flanged including jointing material like 3mm thick rubber insertion sheet, bolts, nuts and fixed to pipe line, including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, 80 mm dia foot valve CI body, flanged including jointing material like 3mm thick rubber insertion sheet, bolts , nuts and fixed to suction pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, 25mm dia cast iron, air valve with two air outlets and fixing up in 150mm dia water supply mains complete all as specified and directed.

De-watering the existing UG Sump of 1.00 lakh glns capacity and cleaning the internal surfaces of sump to remove scales, mud and other foreign material applying surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc., complete for one time, writing black capital letter "cleaned on (date) & due date", letter's height not less than 5 Cm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 22 above but OH reservoir of capacity 50000 Glns at 18.00m staging Note :- The unit rate quoted for item No. 22 to 24 shall deemed to be included for (a) 250 gm of bleaching powder to be used for every 10 litre of fresh water. (b) All the inlet / out let / over flow wash out connection shall be cleaned rust free and any leakage in joints shall be made good. (c) The water available in the tank / UG sump shall be bailed out to the nearest open drain available. (d) Any damage caused during cleaning the existing assests shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost.

Cleaning of PVC water tank (RO storage water tanks) of capacity 2000/ 5000 liters using bleaching powder, scrubbing of inner surface of tanks by means of wire brush for removing all scale formed and other foreign particles and washing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out submersible pump set of any capacity from bore well for repair or for finding of any type of fault such as cable fault / leakage of pipe etc. and refixing after overhauling including lowering in the bore well, with replacement of damaged gasket and nut, bolts etc. (depth of bore - 80 to 140m) complete all as specified and as directed.

Transporting 25 HP submersible motor and pump from site to workshop and back including loading and unloading, opening of pump set complete and testing after reassembling and replacement of spare parts etc., if required complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Replacement of defective unserviceable spare parts of existing make/size shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only.

Taking out existing burnt out winding wire and rewinding with copper conductor insulating winding wire, gauge and the turns of wire is as per the manufacture's specification / existing of 25 HP submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Cost of CT joint / lead joint/clamps is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.
