OD129248/2025-2026:Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 15.2 kW on-grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono/Poly Crystalline silicon solar cells, net metering facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on Aluminium/GI structure of suitable strength with following components complete as required:a) Solar Photovoltaic Module of capacity 545 Wp or above, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.b) Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 350-800 V DC Input voltage range and 400 V AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50Hz +/- 2.5 Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency.c) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories.d) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories, etc. as required.e) Lightning and surge voltage protection.f) Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conductor 1.1 kV grade armoured power and control cables between solar modules, a main power cable to grid supply PCU unit along with supplying & fixing of necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories etc. as required.g) Statutory fees such as KSEB Fees (Application Fee, Registration fee & Liasioning Fee),Electrical Inspectorate Liasioning Fee, Net meter - HT(Including Testing/Calibration Liasioning Fee) etc is included in this proposal. OD129247/2025-2026:Providing structure work required for installation of Solar plant with purlin / single section with GI round / rectangular pipes including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and two coat painting with suitable paint over a coat of approved steel primer , including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete as required .

90.14.5:Supply and fabrication conveyance and installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board

90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)

90.14.2.1:Supply and providing 2mm SMC sheet as shrouding for bus interconnection / terminations etc. including required nut & bolt etc.

90.14.3.2:Supply and providing heavy duty 'A' section neoprene gasket in the panel boardU' section rubber beeding suitable for 1.60/ 2.00 mm sheet

90.14.6:Supply and providing copper bus bars including finger type SMC bus bar supports in the bus chamber, suitable size nut & bolt, providng heat shrink sleeves etc. as required.

90.14.7:Supply and providing copper earth bus in the panel board
