Cleaning the Septic tank of 25 Users capacity by dewatering all the water, taking out sludge, rigid soil by mobile tank cleanse and shifting/removing outside MOD land, flushing the septic tanks with clean water in order to remove all slaked mud sludge etc cleaning the tanks with bleaching powder solution and surface dressing all around the septic tank to distance not exceeding 3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No.1 above but 50 Users.

All as per srl item No.1 above but 100 Users.

All as per srl item No.1 above but 150 Users.

Cleaning of Manhole of any size & depth and remove the all sediment material outside of MOD land by Contractor's own arrangement and placing back of covers complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Sewage lines of dia 100/150mm by rodding manually or mechanically means and taking out sludge, rigid soil and removing outside MOD land by Contractor's own arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the blockage in the water closets completely preferably by manually means to enable the flush water to flow freely to the manholes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the blockage in the Gully Trap/Floor trap/Nahni Trap completely enable the sewage to freely flow to the next manholes, removing the sludge and outer materials obtained from the manholes by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained from the manholes outside MD land and cleaning the complete area including making good any damages to the manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for replacement of sewage lines ang getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe 150mm dia (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bedding and hunching complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete bed 100mm thick for 150mm bore drain pipes in 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes of after they are laid and tested complete all as spd and as directed.

Salt glazed stone ware drain pipes, Grade "A", 150mm dia (internal dia) laid in trenches and jointed with CM 1:1 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and removing benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class `B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on otherthan fair faces of brick work, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down where new brick work is not there complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete in CM 1:4 finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down where new brick work is not there complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete to even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete in surface channels and drains type C-2 1:3:6(40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors, not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of demolished material out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slabs sets in CM 1:6 including all necessary formwork. Exposed surfaces of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.90mm dia) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks of capacity exc 250 n exc 500 liters and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.complete all as specified and directed.
