Supply/providing of labour (skilled) as per plant requirement for Repairing and Annual maintenance of 01 Nos. Existing Sewage Treatment Plant (Plant Capacity 500 KLD) Operators(S) (Men power per day for 24 hrs operation) for STP ( 03 Person x 365 days = 1095 Days ) Time –08 hrs. Per day per labour. 03 Sift (8 x 3 =24 hours)
Material/chemicals required For Repairing and Annual maintenance of Existing STP. DAP (Diammonium phasphate) 30kg /month X 12 = 360 Kg
Material/chemicals required For Repairing and Annual maintenance of Existing STP. Urea 30kg/month X 12 = 360 Kg
Material/chemicals required For Repairing and Annual maintenance of Existing STP For Bectria Devolopment [Gur (jaggery) and Aata etc.] 15 kg /month X 12 = 180 Kg
Material/chemicals required For Repairing and Annual maintenance of Existing STP. Liquide chlorine 210 litre/month X 12 = 2520 litre
Sampling & Analysis of water of STP (COD & BOD, PH & Turbidity) -. ( in Every Month-12 months).
Cleaning of ACF tank by manual mean and refiling of ACF with approved quality material as per norms (Size 1800Dia X 1875 Hos) at STP (02 times).
Cleaning of MGF tank by manual mean and refiling of MGF with approved quality material as per norms (Size 1400Dia X 1875 Hos) at STP (02 times).
Cleaning of sump well, equalization tank, airation tank, floculation tank, tube setller, clorine contact tank and treated water tank etc. of STP by machenial mean and disposal of sludge as per govt. norms.
Replacement of FAB media in STP as per requirement or as per direction of enginner - in - charge ( one time)
Change of cloth in Filter press machine ( as per requirement)
Maintenance and pumps, motors, compressor, starters, GI Pipe, GI valve and MCB panels i.e. Oiling , greasing, repairing , re-binding and repairing of other electric items etc. Note:- Approximate amount for annual maintenance and repair , which may utilised for repairing of any non functioning of motor/pump during amc period
