Height, Hot Dip Galvanised High Mast Tower in two equal section of 4mm bottom and 3mm top thick with minimum bottom dia. of 460mm suitable for wind speed of minimum 180KM/Hr, with raising lowering system comprising of head frame, luminaries' carriage suitable to install 24 Nos. of LED Luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable of 5C X 2.5Sq.mm, connector, integral power tool motor of rating not less than 1.5HP, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial of GI Single Spike of suitable length mounting clamps and bolts, foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and template including providing and laying power cables (up to a distance of 15 Mtr) between panel and mast of capacity 2 times of total current rating of fittings providing and fixing with suitable rated MCB in base compartment, providing foundation with M30 grade concrete as per size of OEM Design with all materials and labour, providing necessary tools and plants for erection and testing of high mast pole and painted with two coat of aluminium paint etc., as required. The contractor will do all Liasoning, Transportation etc. and pay the testing charges. Nothing extra will be paid by AAI. if it is found that the cable supplied is not as per the requirement of IS, The supply will be rejected or recovery shall be made from the bill or any due pending with AAI from any airports)

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m and (Size 1.5m x 1.5m) including dressing of sides getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable / pipe etc., in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as per direction of E-I-C as required

Erection of the 12Meter high mast with the help of suitable equipment and with all materials and labour etc. as required. F. Hiring of temporary sheet steel barricading system with 2.5Meter height around the high mast construction area / any other area specified, the area covered 5-meter x 6-meter (Approx.). The MS angle / squares pipe to be welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position in PQC Concrete and fixing the steel sheets on structural steel frame and painted with suitable aviation abstraction color etc. complete as required. At the time of commissioning of high masts system, the same barricading system buy back / return back by agency. The actual requirement of barricading system is decided by Engineering-In-Charge as per site condition.
Excavation for earthwork in all kinds of soils, with hydraulic excavator and other suitable machinery of required capacity including transporting of material, loading and unloading with all lifts and leads with in airport plot area which includes existing operational area, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and construction of embankment to the required alignments grades and cross sections, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering , rolling each layer with power roller of 8-10 ton capacity, compacted to meet the requirement as per technical specifications and drawings complete as per the direction of Engineer- incharge
