Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundationtrenches or drains ( Not exceeding 1.50 meter in width or 10 square metres on plan ), including dressing of sides & ramming of bottoms, all lifts, shifting of interlock tiles to MC Office, including getting out the excavated soil & dispiosal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead of Ordinary rock, including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials and shifting ( As per code No. 2.9.1 page 65 ) .

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring & shuttering-All work upto plinth level in cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ( One cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ), including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the enrire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.( As per code No. 4.1.8 page 73 ) .

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 ( One cement : two corase sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the enrire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( As per code No. 4.1.3 Page 73 ) .

Reinforced cement concrete in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landing, balconies, shelves, Chajjas, Lintrels, bands, plain windows sills, staircases & spiral cases above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing & reinforcement in 1:1.5:3 (One Cement :One &half coarse sand: three graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), includingall leads & lifts & carriage of materials & to the enrire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( As per code No. 5.3 Page 79 ) .

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete upto all floor level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more, including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( As per code No. 5.22.6 page 84 ) .

Centring & shuttering including strutting, propping etc. & removal of form work for :-

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers & cantilevers, including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( As per code No. 5.9.5 page 80 ) .

Brick work:- Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( As per code No. 6.2.2 page 94 ) .

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( As per code No. 10.2 page 159 ) .

Providing & fixing 0.60 mm thick prepainted Tata Dura Shine steel sheet in roofing with hot dipping metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coting back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia meter with prepainted limpet & rubbing washers completed with all accessories as required as per the directions of engineer-in-charge, including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( As per analysis of rate attached ) .
