Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/ stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard/dense soil for laying of cable/ GI pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class, LV , Type I flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid dry in treches over under ground cables complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI pipe, light grade, of size 40 mm dia including necessary fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/pole for LT cable protection and taking down the old GI pipe for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying ,Laying , jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT aluminum conductor cable 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.08 but of Size 4 core 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

(Note: (a) Fault machine,cable & T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (b) Cable jointing kit for LT is measured separately)

M&L for refreshing of incomming and all outgoing XLPE cable of any size including excavation for removing cable loop , refreshing of exsiting all cable by removing insulation ,including removing old damaged lugs and fixing of suitable size lugs, PVC conncetor,dressing of all cables . nuts ,bolts,washer to all incomming and outgoing MCCB , insulating all bare conductor with insulating cable of suitable colour complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Lugs and insulation tap will be measured as separate item.)

M&L for restraining of HT/LT Over head aluminium conductor of any size including taking down aluminium conductor and refixing the same conductor to insulator including aluminium binding works for connceting insulator and conductor , tighting of pin insulator , MS channel refixing of outgoing conductor ,removing all old unservicable tapping from pole complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and Fix Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 50mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install testing,commissioning of CRI tested Copper earthing electrode of length 3 metres, 40mm dia and back fill compound of 50kgs ,and conductive gel to retain moisture should be filled layer wise and inter connceted by exothermic brazing & copper strip of size 32x6mm should be suppllied and fix upto testpoint protected by GI pipe of size 50mm dia up to test point including disconnection of old earth strip and fix to new chemical earthing, PCC earth pit of standared size as per SSR part-1 and submmision of earth results and painting of Date of test , value obtain at site complete all specified and as directed. (Note :- (i) Earthing shall be tested as specified in casul 19.137 of SSP PART - I 2009 , to the entire satisfication of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing , if the desired earth resistance is not obatined the earthing wiil be re done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engr - in - charge.)

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Only compacted thickness of sand will be measured and paid separately.)

Supplying, install and errect in true vertical positionpressed concrete poles of 9.00 mtr long having 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom, class 10 poles complete bolts, nuts & screws as specified type, painting and marking alternate white and black strip 30cm height, painting pole number, letters/figures by black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix thermolpastic cable Junction Box of size 250 x 200 x 100 mm with locking arrangement suitable for aluminium bus bar (04 Nos.) fixed on porecelain base insulator & 01 No MCB SP, 06 Amps with suitable size of cable glands & MS clamps nuts, bolts & washess etc complete.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete for poles/struts etc including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc., water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for refreshing of incomming and all outgoing XLPE cable at panels /DBs of any size, disconnection of cable , including excavation for taking out cable from loop, refreshing of exsiting all cables by removing damaged insulation portion, providing insulation using best quality insulation tape ,cleaning of panel inside and ouside using vaccum cleaner, including removing old damaged lugs/ thimble with new one as per existing size, MS nuts ,bolts,washer to all incomming and outgoing MCCB as sepcfied and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repair of LT panel doors using 75 mm SS hinges, SS latch, including welding work all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-charge.

M&L for spray painting of LT panel inside and outside surface, including surface prepration by scrubbing of existing paint, and applying two coat of synthtic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, colour of paint & pattern as per exsiting all as specfied and directed by Enginner-in-charge.

S & F GI pipe, light grade, of size 50 mm dia including necessary fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/pole for LT cable protection and taking down the old GI pipe, complete all as speicifed and directed for cable protection

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/ removing of hurbs, shrubs, upto 80mm dia grith of bushes from ground level and grass in ihe entire area of installation / Pump house area and deposited outside 100 Mtrs from Pump House, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : All cutting tools shall be provided by contractor.

M&L for comprehensive maintenance, periodical inspection, servicing / calibration of 01 Nos Air conditioning plants having 3X52 TR Air cooled chiller & 01 X AHUs of capacity , 30000 CFM, Hot water geneerator including and calibration of all the sensor, gauges connected to the system, checking of refrigerant gas pressure, capillary tube, coils as per AC plant, checking functioning of all motorised actuator/ control valve in supply and return duct damper connected to AHU, LT panel installed at Bhuj Mil Stn, by OEM service professional for smooth and efficient functioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Contractor shall submit the serviceability report.)

Material and labour for disconnecting condenser of capacity 52TR for descaling & plugging them & providing of 15 mm tee out let for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser (separate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used) pH value of solution to be circulated & to be kept 4 and checking frequently i.e. every one hour during the operation Scalgun WS solution to be used for descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if ph value remains less than 7 flush with fresh water mixed with sodium carbonate tubes and cleaning with nylon brush after closing the end covers, circulating diluted acid solution as specified above & pH value to be maintained as above & flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure complete all as specified & directed.

Pumping down the existing refrigerant from the condensor and carrying out the leak test of plant with the pressure of Nitrogen gas and monoitoring for 24hrs asses leakages by brazing & replacement of necessary gasket wherever required including copper tubes of suitable size vacumizing of the plant by vaccum pump finally reharging of existing refrigerant gas to the plant and topping up of refrigerant if required to maintain the standard pressure etc complete including testing of the plant for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Refrigerant required for topping up will be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

M&L for identification of leakage location of refrigerant gas by soap bubble test or opening of condensor coil and inserting it whole into Water tank thereafter repairing the copper tube / condenser valves by brazing and making all threaded joint leak proof by sealent, doing vaccum and pressure testing by nitrogen gas and Charging of refrigerant gas again complete all as specified and directed.( Refrigent R407C will be supply only under respective item of Sch'A' Note:- 1.All T&P, Nitrogen cylinder, vaccum pump,welding cylinder etc will be provided by contractor and their charge include in the quoted rate) 2. The job include brazing are considered for whole job, small leakege related to thread shall be considered in quoted rate.)

M& L for replacing the Hot water generator tank heating elements of 6000 W after flushing the system of suction, discharge, liquid line and all valves and making hot water pump functional with proper necessary servicing by using CTC chemical and making operational complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of (micro computer control) microprocessor based PLC power supply card / compressor card with RAM (control system with mother board) with suitable cord installed in 52 TR chiller unit of make Blue star model XWC4S-052AR2 having 4 Nos danfoss compressor model No SZ185S4RC for controlling temperature, compressor cut off/on, sensor input-output interface, solenoid valve & expansion valve controller, electrical fuse realy card as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,installation, commissioning and testing of induced draft top discharge counterflow type FRP Cooling Tower 110 TR capacity (Rectangular ) with FRP body and base,water spray headers/cooling tower fills,fan with 415V, 5HP moter,960 RPM, LPM 1672, supporting base frames as per manufacturer's standarad instructions, including making PCC foundations which is sufficient to hold weight of Running cooling tower of 100 TR capacity including water pipe conncetion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down / disconnecting of motor of capacity 5 HP monoblock pump,2900RPM,415V by removing all electrical connection from panel/ starter/ foundation and coupling, transport from site to workshop and back after repairing including all required material such as bearings, terminals, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing etc, re-installing the same and testing including painting and writing of MES /SM No complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down / disconnecting of motor of capacity 7.5 HP monoblock pump,,2900RPM,415V by removing all electrical connection from foundation and coupling, transport from site to workshop and back after repairing including all required material such as bearings, terminals, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing etc, re-installing the same and testing including painting and writing of MES /SM No complete all as specified and as directed.

Over hauling of electric motor & Monoblock pump set after removing from the base plate, disconnecting from pipe line, dismantling the motor pump set, replacing unserviceable gland packing, gun metal bush bearing water seal applying grease, motor bearing , connectors etc. complete and reassembling the motor pump set connecting with pipe line reconnection of electric supply, including buts bolts, gaskets etc. complete testing of pumps for smooth functioning with following capacity of pumps and motors:-

M & L for duct insulation, Cleaning the surface of the duct to be insulated, painting the surface of the duct with aluminium paint and fixed tightly Nitrile rubber 25mm thick with applying adhesive compound on the surface of duct sheet and sealed properly, cover with aluminum foil paper laminated with minimum over lap 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pipe insulation, cleaning the pipe surface with steel wire brush, apply one coat of zinc chromate paint and allowed to dry, apply two coats of cold setting adhesive compound on around surface of pipe, stick expanded Nitrile 50 mm thick or nitrile sheets tightly pressed, wrapped with one layer of aluminium cladding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply/Fixing in repair/replacement of corroded steel water tubing, galvanised, heavy grade with all fittings in such as nipple, union, socket, elbow, bends &,laid in trenches, with all fitting including taking down existing rusted pipes for the following sizes complete all as directed and specified

(a) 40 mm bore

(b) 50 mm bore
