AC Sheets, GI sheet, structural steel,Enamel paint, Steel primer & consumables will be supplied free of cost by MCL
Dismantling, removing and lowering AC/GI sheets from cladding/roofing at all elevations.
Roofing/cladding with departmental AC/GI sheets with bolts and nuts, GI Limpet washer etc. complete at all elevations.
Dismantling of steel structural work at all elevations and stacking the same at places pointed out by the Engineer-in-Charge etc. complete
Fabricating and erecting, and fixing in position all built up sections including MS plate works, columns, purlins, bracings, anchor plates etc welded or bolted as per design and drawing at all elevations including two coats of metal primer of approved quality etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
Painting of old structural members/ structural steel after proper surfcae preparation/proper cleaning of rust/ scale/ oil/ grease/dirt/ or any other coating with Chip and Hand Wire Brush or by using suitable surface preparation methods including required scaffolding with M.S. tube , horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps for working platform for painting of existing coal storage shed etc. one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint supplied by MCL, etc complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge
