Dismantling cleaning and servicing of domestic RO 15/20 LPH as per manufactured instructions and rectifying defects such as RO tubing ,elbow if any found during servicing and check outlet water parameters and replace u/s spare parts or filter accordingly to caryout desire water quality as per IS and making record register complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only spare parts found unserviceable/defective will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (a) The rate for refixing/ replacing unserviceable items are deemed to be included in unit rate of above item. (b) The Contractor has to quote credit for all retrived (c) Each domestic RO servicing shall be on monthly basis and rate are deemed to be included in unit rate of above item.But this item pay one time of entire period of contract for each RO.only accessories will be pay in concerned item.

M&L for servicing of self starter assembly of DG sets 24/12 volts of 82.5/62.5 KVA Gen set locate at CGRA Naliya by disconnecting the self starter assembly from the engine and dismantling, cleaning all accessories, replacing worn-out parts like carbon brushes, bushes, contact plates, jumping levels etc and rewinding the u/s field coil and varnishing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement fuel pipe from tank to fuel filter with bunjo bolts and nuts as per sample length and size to meet the requirement of site condition.

M& L for Painting trolly of 30 KVA DG set by removing of old paint make the surface smooth for repainting, painting of trolly by two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and writing SM/MES No. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Painting trolly of 62.5 KVA DG set by removing of old paint make the surface smooth for repainting, painting of trolly by two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and writing SM/MES No. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning and decaling of 62.5 to 125 KVA radiator assembly by using suitable chemical and blower fan ,injecting water with high pressure in water tubings so as to remove all dirts in the fins, taking down the copper bottom portion of tank for welding / brazing and refit the same after replacing the unserviceable and damaged fins, tank cap, rubber bush and refix the same at the engine of DG sets complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

S&F in replacement Gun-metal, globe or gate valve of size 50mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

M&L for darning out complete mud and sludge of Anaerobic Zone of 80 MLD STP by using non clogging pumps and manually appx depth of vessel is 6.5 mtr from GL & removed silt /mud sludge etc to be dispose off away from the CGRA campus premises complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. (Note:- During cleaning Anaerobic Zone of STP alternative for dispose off raw sewage will be made by contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in this item)

M&L for darning out complete mud and sludge of Sedimentation Zone of 80 MLD STP by using non clogging pumps and manually appx depth of vessel is 6.5 mtr from GL & removed silt /mud sludge etc to be dispose off away from the CGRA campus premises complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge .

M&L for general overhauling of Air blower 5 HP of 80 MLD STP including replacement of lub oil as per existing grade and qty with greasing of grease point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Taking up unserviceable Non clog horizontal type sewage submersible pump , Capacity 6 HP, from 6m deep tank for rewinding & replacement of bearings/bushes and reassemble and fixing at original position making mechanical and electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
