Retender for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Various Street Lights 24W LED Street Lights, 100W Mini Mast Street Lights and 200W High Mast Lights

24W LED Street Lights Annual Maintenance Contract for eligible existing 24W LED Street Lights installed at various locations within the jurisdiction of Parappanangadi Municipality and brought under AMC coverage by authorised instruction, for the applicable Contract Period. The rate shall be quoted on a per individual Covered Light for the applicable Contract Period basis and shall include complete corrective and incidental maintenance required to restore and maintain the covered 24W LED Street Light in proper working condition, including inspection, fault identification, attending complaints, repair of electrical connections and wiring, repair/replacement of defective LED modules, LED drivers, connectors, holders, fuses, terminals, junction/connection accessories, timers and other components wherever covered under the approved BOQ/technical specification, dismantling and refitting, testing and restoration to service, transportation, labour, tools, testing instruments, ladders/access arrangements, safety equipment, PPE and all other incidental works and expenses necessary for restoration and maintenance. The quoted rate shall be the complete AMC rate payable once for one individual Covered Light for the applicable Contract Period. No separate or additional payment shall be made for subsequent complaints, repeat faults, visits, labour, transportation, dismantling, refitting, testing or incidental maintenance during the Contract Period. The contractor shall be responsible for the final functional outcome and shall attend and rectify reported faults within the prescribed time. All replaced/unserviceable Municipality-owned components shall be physically handed over to the Municipality and recorded in the prescribed Unserviceable/Removed Items Register. The quoted rate shall be firm and inclusive of all costs except applicable GST, which shall not be included in the quoted rate.

100W Mini Mast Street Lights Annual Maintenance Contract for eligible existing 100W Mini Mast Street Light installations at various locations within the jurisdiction of Parappanangadi Municipality and brought under AMC coverage by authorised instruction, for the applicable Contract Period. The rate shall be quoted on a per individual Covered Light for the applicable Contract Period basis and shall include complete corrective and incidental maintenance required to restore and maintain the covered 100W Mini Mast Street Light installation in proper working condition, including inspection, fault identification, attending complaints, repair of electrical connections and wiring and associated accessories, repair/replacement of defective 100W LED lighting units/modules, drivers, fuses, connectors, terminals, contactors, timers, control/connection accessories and other components wherever covered under the approved BOQ/technical specification, dismantling and refitting, testing and restoration to service, transportation, labour, tools, testing instruments, ladders/lifting/access arrangements, work-at-height safety arrangements, PPE and all other incidental works and expenses necessary for restoration and maintenance. The rate shall be quoted on a per individual Covered Light for the applicable Contract Period basis and shall include complete corrective and incidental maintenance required to restore and maintain the covered 200W High Mast lighting installation in proper working condition, including inspection, fault identification, attending complaints, repair of electrical connections and wiring and associated accessories, repair/replacement of defective 200W LED lighting units/modules, drivers, fuses, connectors, terminals, contactors, timers, control/connection accessories, cables and other components wherever covered under the approved BOQ/technical specification, dismantling and refitting, testing and restoration to service, transportation, labour, specialised tools, testing instruments, suitable lifting/access equipment including mobilisation and demobilisation, work-at-height arrangements, safety equipment, PPE and all other incidental works and expenses necessary for restoration and maintenance. The quoted rate shall be the complete AMC rate payable once for one individual Covered Light for the applicable Contract Period. No separate or additional payment shall be made for subsequent complaints, repeat faults, visits, labour, transportation, dismantling, refitting, testing, lifting/access equipment or incidental maintenance during the Contract Period.
