M&L for Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) laid on roof in adequate slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on roof slab/ canopies/chajjas with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and make surfaces to receive water proofing treatment, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separetaly as supply only)

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surafaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles,laid over 15 thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles,laid over 15 thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for glazed, coloured ceramic tiles of size 350 x 250mm x 7mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china, semi-pedestal pattern ( Anglo- Indian type), white (excluding fixing bolts flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, pedestal pan and trap including connection to drain complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, 10 litres capacity, PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets and connection to pipe or lever etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm including brackets grouted in cement mortar 1:2 in wall complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix exhaust fan 300 mm size single phase 230/240 V complete with louver fixed in wall with nuts and bolts by making of suitable arrangement and making good including taking down old exhaust fan by removing all electrical connection complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down the ceiling fans single pole, AC 230 V 50 Hz by disconnecting electrical connection along with fan hook. Dismantling the fan, repair / reassembling the fans after resign and replacement of minor nut bolts, washers / split pins, cleaning the fan body , blades and hook including painting of ceiling fans in situ complete etc with smooth cloth and refixing the fans to ceiling testing and commissioning of fan to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out the defective winding for fan starter and cleaning the slots properly providing insulating sheets and supply and rewinding the fans with supper enameled copper winding and existing gauge and class varnishing the winding the winding wire and testing it for proper working for size of fan 1200mm sweep.including replacement of unserviceable parts like bearing, bush, pin, rubber rill with clamps etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down electric meter of any type and any make single/three phase by dismantling of all electrical connection checked the meter ,and refixed same Nos of meter on wooden board of suitable size in same Nos of qtr after repair works complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for earthling complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.00 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR part I 2009, 20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board complete all as specified & directed. (NOTE:- maximum length of GI protection pipe with each earth shall not be less than 7.5 mtrs) including necessary pit with cover, including testing on completion.
