Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 10 mtrs. height Hot Dip Galvanised hinged door octagonal poles on the existing foundations, as per enclosed technical specifications and having following dimensions and provisions a) Top dia : 100 mm b) Bottom dia : 200 mm c) Thickness of sheet : 4 mm d) Base plate : 300 x 300 x 25 mm e) Brackets for 3 nos. LED fittings : Flanged type 1300 mm long made out of 100 x 100 x 6mm GI channel with 3 nos. mounting plates of size 250 x 175 x 5 mm thick, duly welded. f) A suitably size opening shall be provided in the pole shaft for entry of incoming and outgoing UG XLPE cable, wiring for LED fittings from Pole shaft to external Pole Control Box. g) IP 65 External Pole control box, made of SMC (or Thermoplastic) / 2 mm thick GI sheet, shall be provided at suitable height of the pole with suitable arrangement for termination of 4 core inlet and outlet cable connections i/c providing and fixing of 1 No. 100 A 4 way stud brass connector or 4 strip aluminium busbars of 100 A rating, providing and fixing of 4 way neutral link, earth bar 1 no. 16 A DP MCB and 4 nos. 6 A SP MCBs (1 no. each for each LED fitting on the Pole and 1 no. spare) on din bar, interconnection etc. complete as required. The External SPD of LED Fittings shall also be installed in the external Pole control box h) Supplying and drawing of 1.1 KV grade 3 x 1.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated FRLS PVC sheathed copper conductors flexible cable for 3 nos. LED fittings including conection etc. complete as required. i) 4 Nos. J-Foundation bolts of 24mm dia. and 750mm length along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and templates i/c connection and interconnection etc. complete as required.

Erection i/c providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 grade reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 550 mm (L) x 550 mm (W) and 1400 mm (H) with PCC bed and RCC footing (as specified below) i/c grounting of 4 Nos. foundation bolts and providing 65 mm dia PVC heavy gauge pipe for cable entry i/c excavation and refilling, shuttering, steel reinforcement (of atleast 69 Kg. of TMT Bars) etc. complete as required for 10 mtr pole i/c fixing of bracket on the top of the pole complete as required :- (a) 1750 mm x 1750 mm x 100mm (D) PCC bed of 1:4:8 grade. (b)1550 mm x 1550 mm x 300mm RCC footing in 1:1.5:3 / M-25 grade (over the PCC bed).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 150 watt LED energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium iP66 flood light, on existing 10 mtr BFL pole including connections and interconnections etc. complete as reqd. Make: Havells/Bajaj/Crompton/Philips and equivallent to Havells make mode JETA IRIS.

Repairing of existing CC collar foundation of GI pole of size 550mm(L) x 550mm(W) x 500mm(H) with 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement:4 fine sand) at all levels, digging soil around foundation and refilling the sand up to ground level, compacting soil etc. as required at site. (Foundation repairing for 1 pole = 1 Job)

Excavation of existing UG cable Upto 35 sq. mm size in trench, checking of cable fault and relaying same in trench including refilling the trench in original shape etc complete as required.

Excavation of existing UG cable Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm size in trench, checking of cable fault and relaying same in trench including refilling the trench in original shape etc complete as required.

Supplying and Laying of aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC Innersheathed, armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3½ X 35 sq. mm size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3½ X 35 sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 125 A, 16 KA,TPMCCB rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load Triple pole and neutral poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Repair & overhaulling of outdoor master feeder pillar by replacing glands, aluminium lugs, frame work(front side of panel) by 3 mm thick CRCA sheet complete with hinged doors having locking arrangements and painting of complete panel with one coat of approved quaility of anticorrosive primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand complete, etc as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 mtr. Long 40mm dia including accessories & providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying & installation of copper connector block of size 240mm x 25mm x 27mm, 3 barrier, 4 way, 500 v, 100 Amp suitable for installation in existing CG box of size 610 mm x 610 mm x 170 mm deep front (vertical) openable cover etc., as required at site.
