Tender for Catering stall on PF-2/3 of Godhra Railway Station.

The bidder must have minimum annual turnover of 3 times of Indicative License Fee (Rs. 1,14,000 X 3 = Rs. 3,42,000) in any one of the previous three financial years from catering business. The bidder would submit audited balance sheet and profit and loss account or Income Tax returns of previous three (3) financial years .i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25, duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

The bidder must have profit or loss + accumulated reserves + share capital of minimum Rs. 3 lakh in the previous three financial years.

The Bidder should be either an individual or sole-proprietor firm or a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 or a Partnership Firm registered under the Partnership Act, 1932. The bidder shall furnish self-attested copy of Government approved Identity Proof, such as AADHAAR CARD.

The Bidder should have a minimum of three (3) years of catering business experience. The The Bidder shall submit a copy of Articles of Association / Partnership Deed where catering / hospitality / food and beverage is covered under the Main Objects clause of the agreement.

Specify the Legal Status of the bidder: Specify the Legal Status of the b i d d e r : Company/Partnership Firm/Hindu Undivided Family/Individual/Sole Proprietor firm; In case of a HUF, the tender must be signed by the Karta.

FSSAI certificate

P F registration of the bidder if applicable as per Govt of India EPF Act, amended from time to time. (Please enclose attested photo copy of certificate issued by Provident fund commissioner)

Aadhaar of the authorized signatory

In case of Firm, registered under the Partnership Act., 1932; Please enclose details of partners along with certificate of registration, details of their business and partnership deed etc. duly attested by Notary

In case of Company, Please enclose Memorandum and Articles of Association along with certificates of incorporation, and date of commencement of business

Covering Letter comprising the Bid (Annexure - A/1) duly filled and signed.

Mandatory Information for Eligibility (Annexure - A/2) duly filled and signed.

Affidavit on number of catering units held over Vadodara Division of Western Railway (Annexure - A/3) to be submitted on nonjudicial stamp paper of Rs 100/- and duly attested by a notary public.

Techno-Commercial Experience of the bidder (Annexure - A/4)duly filled and signed

Form Tech-1 Turnover of the bidder from catering business in the preceding 3 financial years.

Form Tech - 2 Average financial standing of the Bidder in the preceding 3 financial years.

Self-Declaration Form for Techno- Commercial Experience(Annexure-A/5) duly filled and signed.

Power of Attorney for signing of Bid (Annexure - A/6).

Declaration for solvency (Annexure-A/8) Affidavit SelfDeclaration Form to be submitted on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.100 and duly attested by a notary public.
