Taking out unserviceable head board of Bed Hard and providing new ones & fixing of five hard wood battan (Horrizental and vertical) covered both side with 4mm thick veener ply wood one side teak face fixed with MS screw,fevicol and nails including teak wood beading 6mm thick to all sides of board complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 40.2 above but foot board of Bed Hard.

Taking out unserviceable long rails of Bed Hard and providing new Ist class hard wood (teak) long rails of the existing pattern and size to the bed complete.

All as per item No.40.4 above but short rails of Bed Hard.

All as per item No.40.4 above but legs of Bed Hard.

All as per item No.40.4 above but stiffners of Bed Hard.

S&F for flat Iron 25 x 4mm L-Shaped stiffeners 200mm long on either side fixed with screw at a junction of long rail, short rail, foot and head Board of Bed hard complete.

S&F for repair of MNF fixing arrangement on Head board and foot board of bed plytop with brass screw 25 mm long round head two numbers each side.

S&F for repair of MNF set of 19 mm rectangular tube made in T fashion (with end plugged with 1.2 mm MS sheet) welded on Head board and foot board of bed plytop alongwith duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer

Scratching the entire wooden pallets of furniture items with electic grinder ,filling putty to the bore holes, making surface smooth by scratching it with different types of sand emery paper, the item shall be french polished with high glossy finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Table Dressing Ladies ( Drg FD-251, FD/E6/MAP/16) : Taking out unserviceable top / bottom of table dressing with mirror ladies and supply & fixing top & bottom of table dressing with mirror ladies made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade including 6mm thick teak wood edging all around with Fevicol and nails complete as per size and design of existing Table Dressing and as per direction of Eng-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable Side / middle of table dressing with mirror ladies and supply & fixing Side and middle of table dressing with mirror ladies made out of 18/19 mm prelaminated particle board exterior grade including 6mm thick teak wood edging all around with Fevicol and nails complete as per size and design of existing Table Dressing and as per direction of Eng-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable mirror of Table dressing Ladies and supply & fixing of mirror 5.5 mm thick alongwith teak wood frame and back made of 6mm thick ply wood commercial BWR Gde-I .( Make : SAINT GOBIN / Modiguard/Atul as specified and approved by Accepting officer)

Renewal of glass shutter of Table Dressing Ladies with mirror 5.5mm thick double leaf complete with aluminium channal all as shown in drawing. Make : SAINT GOBIN or modiguard or equivalent as specified and approved by Accepting officer).

Dismantling carefully and taking out old unserviciable/damaged drawer of Table Dressing Ladies and supply & fixed of new drawer made out of 18mm pre-laminated Particle board of approved shade along with telescopic channels with ball for easy movement including lock and PVC beading all round with fittings and fixtures as required shape & size and fixed the same properly as per existing pattern and drg and as directed by Engr-in-Chrge.

Dismantling of unserviceable legs at bottom of Table Dressing Ladies and supply & fixing of new legs with frame made out of Ist class hard wood [Teak ] as per size and design of existing Table Dressing and as per direction of Eng-in-charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable bottom long rail of Table dressing ladies and providing new new long rail made of teak wood. All as per size and design shown on drawing.

Dismantling of old unserviceable bottom Short rail of Table dressing ladies and providing new new short rail made of teak wood. All as per size and design shown on drawing.
