(A)Deployment of round the clock three (3) security personnel at Victor Palace (RajbangshiBhasha Academy, Cooch Behar), Information & Cultural Affairs Department to maintain safety and security of whole premises of the building by engaging one personnel per shift for 3 years’ term from the date of engagement. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides order No. 40/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC; dated 04/12/2024 of LabourDeptt. is furnished below:Each Security Guard- Rs.10296/- (for 26 days) [ Daily :393/-]. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid. Beside minimum wages, EPF (Employer’s contribution), ESI (Employer’s contribution), bonus@ 8.33% will be paid as per rule in vogue. (B) Deployment of one (1) housekeeping personnel at Victor Palace (RajbangshiBhasha Academy, Cooch Behar), Information & Cultural Affairs Department having sufficient knowledge in concerned field for the term of three years term from the date of engagement. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides order No. 41/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC; dated 04/12/2024 of LabourDeptt. is furnished below:Each Security Guard- Rs.10296/- (for 26 days) [ Daily :393/-].
