Replacement of AC Sheet with Galvalume Sheet at CW Kakinada,Nandikotkur, Machillipatnam,Gudivada (AP)

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (a) In cement mortar.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead. AC sheets and accessories

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts nuts cutting rivets, welding etc., including dismembering and stacting within 50 meteres lead.

Brick work with bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor V level in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement: 6 Coarse sand)

12 mm Cement plaster of mix: a) 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand).

White washing with lime to give an even shade : a) New work ( 3 or more coats)

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg. 10 mm and down guage) including finishing with cement moratr 1:3 (1cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard desing in 75 x75 mm deep chase.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Description

Dismantling of existing gola of size 75x75 mm including disposal of debrish and cost of labour etc. as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.60 mm(TCT) total coated thickness( tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheets roofing accessories, 0.60 mm total coated thickness (TCT), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150(zinc aluminium alloy coating nominal composition : 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon mass total of both sides) with regular modified polester paint and coating of 20-25 micron rmp on expose surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm).

Repair / Refilling gap between roof sheet and walls with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 Coarse sand (Zone III), 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and finishing/ leveling with avg 6 mm thick cement plaster both side of mix 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) to match with existing wall plaster i/c scaffolding and all lead and lift complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.(avg thickness of CC 50 mm)
