Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated spoil to a distance not exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

S&F for steel work in tubular works (round or square)/angle incl special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes as in verticle posts, trusses, purlins (Beam, tee, angle, channel, flat, sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specirfied and directed

S&F for steel work Fe-410-W(GdeE-250) quality in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc all as specified and directed

S&F for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long all as specified and directed

S&F for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') all as specified and directed

S&F for pre-prainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fix with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 75 mm thick type C-2 (1:3:6) (using 40 mm graded stone aggreate) all as specified and directed

Taking down existing bitumen felt including cement mortar bedding including padding cleaning the surface and removal outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) laid on roof in adequate slope complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on roof slab/canopies/chajjas with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instruction and make surface to receive water proofing treatment, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Notes :- a) Liquid Water proofing compound of apporved make shall be used as per manufacurer's instructions b) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified

M&L for preparing, clean and dried plastered roof surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane mineral wool finish with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous filler/primer @ 250gm/sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 through approved applicator and applying bitumenious aluminium paint @ 100gm/sqm on top of APP membrane all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed

S&F Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 20 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 20 above but for 25 mm all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down of cement plaster from surfaces of wall of any description including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water etc including complete treatment if any and removing all debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in two layers with 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) as 1st coat and 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as 2nd coat on brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed Notes :- a) Liquid Water proofing compound of apporved make shall be used as per manufacurer's instructions b) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item as suppy only

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic based paint (Exterior emulsion paint) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair for 20 mm bore, Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair for 25 mm, Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing PVC tanks exc 250 litres & n exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc all as directed

All as per item No 28 above but for capacity exc 500 litres & n exc 1000 litres all as specified and directed

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250 litres but n exc 500 litres and removing to store

S&F in repair for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 litre capacity hoisted and fixed in position incl Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 500 litres but n exc 1000 litres and removing to store

S&F in repair for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 1000 litre capacity hoisted and fixed in position Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified
