Manning, operation and maintenance of fire pump house along with 200 KVA DG set at INS Viswakarma, NBCD (V) including operating the sewage pumphouse at NBCD (V) round the clock in three shift per day including sundays and holidays at NBCD(V) fire pump house complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- (i) Man power minimum one skilled and one semi-skilled operator (Total 02 Persons) per shift of 08 hrs. (ii) Rotationally checking/ operationg of fire fighting pump motors, should maintained in separate register as per the format directed by EIC. (iii) In case any power failure 200 KVA DG set shall be operated as early as possible. (iv) Fire hydrants as hydrant wise and fire fighting lines from SWS to BV Yard shall be rotationally checked and checking details should be maintained in register as per the format directed by EIC.(v) To maintain logsheet for fire fighting pumphouse and 200 KVA DG set

Manning, operation and maintenance of pump houses at SWS including periodical maintenace of pump sets & LT panels, pressure vessel and accessories with minimum one operator per a shift of 08 hrs round the clock including sundays and holidays for the water supply installation at SWS, BV (Y) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Man Power:-Minimum one skilled operator per shift of 08 hrs in three shift per day. List of Plants to be operated are as under:-

Manning, operation and maintenance of valves in INS viswakarma, CTW areas in two shifts per day including Sundays and holiday’s comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Man power: 1 Semi-skilled labour (One Valve man) per shift Shift Timings:- 2 shifts per day timings as under Ist shift: 04.00 to 12.00 IInd shift: 12.00 to 08.00

Notes:- Trouble free sluice /gate valve operating and distribution of regular drinking water to the Vishal block, CTW areas in proper time. (b) Checking Mild steel suction and delivery pipes, UG sumps, valve chambers, maintaining cleanliness of installations etc., (c) Checking the functioning of LT panel including accessories viz starters etc., of Vishal block pump house (d) Adding suitable quantity of chlorination/ bleaching powder to sump water.

Note for SL item No. 1 to 3:- a) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply only stable bleaching powder Gde II confirming to IS:1065 of 1999 second revision available chlorine percentage minimum 32% ± 1% in 25/50 Kgs bags as ordered by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- DCM/Micro/Vikram

Supply only calcium based, high strength chlorination chemical for disinfectant, in granual form for water treatment in factory sealed non returnable HDPE containers (40 to 50 Kg each) having chlorine concentration level of 70% complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Sree Rayalseema solution or its equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for cleaning of UG sump of 25000 Gallons capacity by pumping out the accumulated water in the bottom and removing the complete silt from the sump and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50 metres and levelling as directed and cleaning with bleaching powder and wire brushing the sump after scrapping the walls and bottoms of the sumps completely without disturbing the inlet and outlet connections including painting the sump and lettering the sump capacity, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning on the sump wall and applying one coat of white wash to entire sump all as per directed.

All as per SL item No.6 above but of 10000 Gallons capacity

Supply and replacement of MS ERW pipe heavy grade pipe 150 mm bore, thickness not less than 5.4 MM laid on suitable size PCC Pillar supports, clamps, bolts and nuts including necessary Tees, elbows, flanges, including cutting etc and preparation of pipe surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer in open places and with bitumen coating/felt cover for inserting the pipe in position and including making leak proof joints complete all as specified and directed.

All as per SL item No.9 above but 100 mm dia thickness not less than 5.4mm .

M & L for carrying out physical, chemical and biological analysis all as per IS 10500:2012 for drinking water sample of fresh water pump house at various locations from Govt authorised laboratory all as per CPCB Norms complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of testing and collection of water samples in sealed PVC container from site.

M & L for Jungle cleaning by cutting and clearing away all grass vegetation, wild growth, sapling, shrubs, brushwoods, under growth roots, cutting of bushes, tree trunk of girth not execeeding 30 cm, cutting of trunk, portion protuding over ground, filling holes and leveling of ground and removing unserviceable materials to a distance n.exe 50m, compelte all as speicified

M & L Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply replace DI K9 water supply pipe lines of size 100 mm bore and including taking down old DI water mains with flanged ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipes medium grade of 25 mm dia with all fittings and fixtures laid in floors / on walls / on roof including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out the existing submersible pump set of 5 HP capacity including all connected cables, suction pipe, etc., from the deep bore well of any depth, carrying out necessary repairs/ servicing/ rewinding and re-erecting the submersible pump set with necessary suction pipe, cables, etc complete including testing all as directed.

Supply and replace CI sluice valves PN 1.6 flanged end (raising type) of size 80 mm bore for complete with iron wheel head and steel spindle including new flanged rubber joint, blts, nuts and washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply & replace 20 mm dia Gun metal gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed including cutting the pipe line and taking down old unserviceable valves wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L dismantling Centrifugal/ mono block pump coupled with electric motor 3 phase 415 Volts for overhauling 20 to 25 HP capacity pump sets and including cleaning removing the scales, replacement of case ring, latern ring, shaft sleeve, CI gland covers with MS studs, ball bearings, coupling key, rubber bush, nut, bolts, impeller key, lock washer, gasket, greasing etc, re-assembling same in position, testing and commissioning of complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting of installed Pump sets including connected pipes laid within the pump house area as per the existing colour code with one coat of synthetic enemal paint for Centrifugal pump set of 5 to 12.5 HP capacity including writing letters with paint MES/ SM, serial No and vintage of pump sets with suitable colour complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing electric motor of 12.5 to 20 HP capacity 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 cycles AC from foundations bed / coupling, opening the motor, taking to workshop and removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of same gauge and same No of turns of existing make insulating winding with existing class of insulation varnishing baking up including replacement of base foundation nuts, bolts and re-installation of motor with suitable packing materials and connecting to the pump, testing the motor to satisfactory performance complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Bearings are deemed to be inclusive of above quoted rate.

Dismantling of radiator complete from DG Sets of 200 KVA capcity cleaning/scraping manualy from outside of the radiator, cleaning of all copper tubes of radiator with descaling solution from inside & outside with forged feed method with water and aircompressor (by using separate chemical cleaning water pump & compressor) plugging of all leakage in welding, brazing of copper tubes, cleaning of fins and replacement of gaskets etc., fcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rewinding of self starter coil, upto 24 Volts, with existing size copper wire including varnishing and replacement of bush bearing, carbon bush, clutch plate set, pinion ete., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling Engine oil 15 W 40 Grade Castrol CRB for topping up (including draining out old oil from Gen Set) complete all as specified and directed. Make : Castrol.

Toping up of water coolents for radiator assembly

Cleaining, over hauling and removing the sump cover of DG set of 200 KVA capacity, cleaning the sump, removing sludge, dust etc., including replacement of sump gasket and re-fixing the sump cover complete all as directed. Note:- Toping up Engine oil shall be measured and paid separately.
