Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc and S & F for steel work as in Framed works for trusses /parking sheds/staging for water tanks with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling plain or corrugated A C or steel sheeting any gauge, of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling plain or corrugated A C or steel sheeting any gauge of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge / roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layer watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling for post holes and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in Sub Base and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new undecorated steel surfaces of any description and in any position exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any description or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L Granite slab work 20 to 25mm thick in floors steps, cooking platforms and also in vertical surfaces(if required) like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including cutting recess opening for the sink portion and embedding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 60 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and design as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade laid over complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Fine aggregates for sand cushioning below interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of size 300x300x100 mm PCC grade M-15 (Design mix) and of shape and size as directed, set and jointed & pointed in cement sand mortar (1:4) fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
