Day to day maintenence, up-keeping and rendering service to the offices / establishments in ground floor within the Administrative Building (with floor area of 10,000 sq ft approx) under Project Management Unit that includes labour and sundries for cleaning of all floors, walls inside partitions (glazed and non-glazed) with a cleaning area 17900 sq ft approx, ceiling, cleaning of all tables, chairs, almirahs, storewels & all office furnitures, ceiling fans, cleaning of computer peripherals & gadgets, operation & cleaning of photocopiers, cleaning of telephones, cleaning of toilets, urinals, water closets, basins, sinks etc, washing of curtains/ towels once in three months, cleaning of window sills inside and outside, providing menials for miscelleneous officekeeping and officehold services, providing electric supervisor at least once in a week and as & when required for checking of all internal electrical system/ earthing of the Administrative Building, cleaning of plinth and drains, cleaning of overhead water tanks with bleaching powder and roof once in three months, supply and nourishing of seasonal plants within office rooms etc including all labour, cleansing chemicals, room freshners, toilet freshnars, hand wash. Daily maintenance and beautification of garden including supplying necessary seasonal flower plants other decorative plants as and when required. Supply necessary fertilizer, bio-chemicals, manures, pesticides, insectisides. Regular curing watering of plants, nursing, up-rooting seasonal plants, propagation by cutting turfing etc all complete as per direction of the EIC.
