| 2 | Schedule ‘A’ Part I “BUILDING/STRUCTURES ”
Design and construction of RCC M-30 Under Ground Sump 44000 Gallon capacity, depth not exceeding 2.0 m (due to high water table) complete all as specified and as shown in Approved Architectural / structural drawing.
Note:-
(a) The contractor shall submit Architectuaral and structural design & drawing of the UG Sump duly vetted by any IIT / NIT or any Govt engineering college within the time limit shown in schedule 'A' notes.
(b) The approx soil bearing capacity at site at 2m depth is 5KN/Sqm.
(c) The contractor can select the size of UG sump as suitable at site , however the capacity shall be 44000 Gallon. Free board shall be provided as per IS 3340.
(d) The contractor shall visit the site before quoting the tender to ascertain the actual site condition and no claim whatsoever shall be allowed at a later stage due to non visit of the site.
