Construction of 125 mt deep Bore well by Rig Machine (RC/DC/DR)in the sandy, boulder and hard stone at tarai area to lower the assembly of 300mm dia from G.L to 125MBGL to get sand free Discharge 150 lpm. complete as per following work at site.

Transportation of Rig Machine, Air compressor O.P unit camp equipages, connected T&P & necessary material required for drilling up to site of work, including loading, unloading and back transportation etc. complete in all respect.

Installation of Rig machine, Camp equipage after site clearance, barricating at site.

Drilling 300mm dia size final bore from G.L. to 125.00 MBGL Including Arrangement of water, Geophysical logging of bore well & Collection of strata sample in box.

Dismantling of Rig machine after completion of work, Fitting of girder, clamp and well cap..

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 plain slotted (having slot of size 1.6/3.2 mm) mild steel threaded and socketed/ plain bevel ended pipe (type A) of required dia, conforming to IS: 8110, of reputed and approved make, having wall thickness not less than 5.40 mm, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive bitumestic paint of approved brand and manufacture, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. 150 mm nominal size dia.

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I). 150 mm Dia.

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete. 150 mm clamp

Supply and feeding of pea-Gravel 2.00 mm to 3.00mm.

Development of tubewell by 350 PSI/1100 CFM Air compressor unit to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge to give a sand free discharge & Proper packing of pea gravel including erection and dismantling of compressor etc.

Development of tubewell by the suitable capacity O.P unit. complete with lowering and lifting of pumping plant including erection and dismantling of O.P. Unit etc.

Sealing of the annular space between the housing pipe and the borehole in single continuous operation with puddle clay, bantonite clayand cement concrete as per drawing supplied by the department including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for completion of work.

Chemical and Biological water testing of Mini Tubewell water in loboratary.
