Taking down existing water proofing tretment on RCC slab / beams with bitumen felt with out damaging structure and removing the debrise outside the MD land and M&L for plaster 10 mm thck on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and preparing the surfaces to recive WPT treatment , applying a coat of bitumenm primer confirm to IS - 3384-1986 @ 0.3 Litre per sqm . providing APP modified memrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat ( centre core) by tourch application over primed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge

M&L for cement concete type B-1,1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm grade aggregate) as in copings including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI spouts of 40 mm dia pipe , approxly 700mm long in sunken floors including necessary cutting , chipping of walls and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 or cement mortar 1:3 with WPC all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for mat finish coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but on vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dados laid over plaster ijn CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dados 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over plaster in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for 20mm thick granite, z black (table rubbed and polished) for platforms, wall lining (veneering to wall), cills and in similar items laid over 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixutre of pigment to match with shade of granite.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia fancy type PVC coated best quality Drophery rods for curtains fixed to walls with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or PCC block walling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,, finished even and fair. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper with distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted including one coat of wall care putty by finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , fabricate & fix anodised (15 micron) aluminium sliding windows/ ventilators made out of Jindal/Hindalco Aluminium sections as in frames , sliding/ fixed shutters etc. With one or more rebates incl. Jointing cleats & locking arrangements complete all as specified & as per manufacturer's instruction. Note- Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for supply of aluminium sections, fabricate & fixing in position of window frames & shutters, locking arrangements complete.
