Horticultural works :

Supplying on hire basis 70 nos. indoor plants with positionig/placeing the same in differents floor of Amber Building as per directon by the competent authority of WBMDFC. The maintenance of the said pots will have also to be implemented.The Pot size shall be :top Dia.10" (inch) & 12” (inch) height.The sample of ready pots with plants shall be approved by the competent authority of WBMDFC before supplying .The dead plant will have to be replaced by new plant winthin 24 hours. The ready pots will have to be Changed on rotation basis in every 2(Two) months intervals.The floor wise plants details are to be at Ground Floor: 10 Nos., 1st floor:10 nos., 2nd floor:10 nos., 3rd Floor: 5Nos. 4th Floor:5 nos. 5th floor:10 nos, 6th floor:10 nos & 7th floor:10 nos.(The pots of indoor plants will be Porcelain, PVC & earthen type dia 280mm, height 350mm) .Name of plants: Aglaonema, Dieffenbachia, Areca palm, Arelia and Maranta etc. (All pots of indoor plants will be Porcelain type dia 280mm, height 350mm.) Name of the plants with nos.: Arica Palm:10nos. Araucaria Cookii: 10 nos. Aglaonema Variety:10 nos. Dieffenbachia:5 nos Dracaena Variety: 5nos. Pichadia Palm:5 nos. Philodendron variety: 10 nos Raphis Palm: 5 nos. Lucky Bamboo (Dresina): 5 nos. Phoenix Palm: 5 nos.

Maintenances of existing 320 nos. ready pots with plants of out side on one year contract basis including watering, fertilizing, dewatering insecticide, replacement of the dead plants with damage pots etc. at Amber Building of WBMDFC, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064. Note: The agency willhave to be supplied Daily man power(one person) with proper dress & minimum working period 4 four hours per day.)
