Carry out leak test of all boats fuel tank by LP air

Weight of the boat to be measured and compare with ideal weight. Record the same in boat log book. undue increase of weight, if weight increase more than 10 percent, repair to be undertaken

Boat lifting slings to be load tested

Survey of four point lifting plates of each boat fitted on deck (including Backup plates, nut, bolts) along with ship staff and damaged fittings to be renewed.

Glass window- 40 and rubber coaming- 160 RMT of SMBS damaged. To be replaced in situ as per sample. Tentatively (50%) to be applied (as indicated locations) on all glass windows and wind shade.

all boats d-fender damaged GRP coaming to be renewed of approximate - 80 Sqm

all boats 'd" type rubber fender of 85mm x 70mm of minimum shore hardness 40 of 75rmt uprooted on different locations and same to be renewed with suitable SS bolts and nuts

engine guard of SMB purva and surabhi damaged. guard to be manufactured as sample and fitted

Steering of SMB surabhi and purva hard to operate. Suspect steering cable defective, steering cable to be replaced.

Battery cover of all SMB are not appropriate with the existing batteries. Covers to be manufactured as per drawing and fitted.

Fabrication and installation of foldable antenna base for AIS, MMB & GPS antennas in 04 SMBS. (qty - 12 nos. mat - ss)

Internal wiring (02 core, 2.5 sqmm, 600mtrs) of search light, horn, Nav lights, rectifier panel, distribution panel, window wiper, engines and dg in SMB perished. Work involves removal of paneling, removal of old wiring and laying of new cables and repaneling in all 04 SMBS.

Serviceability and health checks of 04 in nos. 230v ac -24v dc rectifier view frequent voltage fluctuations observed. replacement of damaged components (if any)

Toggle switch of rectifier panel damaged in all four SMBS. Replacement of all the toggle switches of rectifier panel to be carried out for all four SMBS. (double pole toggle switch)

Deck lights and internal lighting of all four SMBS perished. Removal of old deck light and fitment of new deck lights and internal lighting is required. 24v dc bulbs.

Search light of all four SMBS damaged. Replacement of search light is required. (100 W led)

Window wipers of all four SMBS damaged. Removal of old window wiper assembly and fitment of new window wiper assembly including motor.

Exhaust blowers-24 v dc (24 nos) and cabin fan 24 v dc (24 nos) of all four SMBS defective. Replacement of defective exhaust blowers 24 v dc and cabin fans 24v dc including wiring from switch to exhaust blowers and cabin fans.

Nav lights of all four SMBS defective. Replacement of old Nav lights with new ones is required. (24v dc)

Wiring for 15 amps & 5 amps sockets perished. To be renewed including sockets replacements. Work involves replacement of following defective items with new items: - (a) 400 mtr cable - 3 core 2.5 sqmm (b) sockets 15 a (qty- 20) (c) sockets 5 a (qty- 20)
