During the on-site verification of the training institute, it was observed that the institute does not possess the essential infrastructure and basic facilities required for conducting the Residential Training Programme. The inspection revealed significant deficiencies, including inadequate hostel accommodation, unsuitable residential rooms, insufficient canteen and dining facilities, poor maintenance of the playground and running track, and the overall condition of the premises was found to be unfit for conducting residential training as per the tender requirements. The committee has submitted a detailed inspection report highlighting these deficiencies. Therefore, the bidder is considered technically non-compliant with the mandatory requirements of the tender and is hereby disqualified from the bidding process.
