Repairs to 12 MVA Transformer of Ainapur LIS 1st stage under HBP

The bidder shall upload valid UDYAM certificate duly indicating in the National Industry Classification Code column as Transformer Manufacturer / Repairer

Repairer must have active ISO 9001 Certificate in the as nature of work as Repair & Service

The bidder should have satisfactorily repaired a minimum of 1 nos.of different capacities of Transformers not less than 5 MVA during any one year out of preceding Five financial years i.e., between FY 2020-21 and 2024-25. Note: As a proof, the bidder should submit a Performance certificate duly incorporating the details of return voucher issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer (Ele.), in KPTCL/ESCOMs/Govt. Utilities

The Bidders shall have adequate knowledge of carrying out repairs of 12MVA & above capacity Transformers (self-declaration certificate should be submitted).

The bidder / his employee who is supervising the testing of transformers should possess minimum Diploma qualification and must have the knowledge of testing & repairing of transformers. As a proof, the qualification certificate along with the experience certificate from the employer shall be produced. Copy of qualification certificate should be displayed at the repair center

Latest copy of Income Tax Returns filed. (Financial year 2024-25, Assessment year 2025-26)

The valid copy of GST Registration Certificate along with Annual Return Certificate / Pan Card

Tender To qualify for the award of the contract The bidder should have an annual financial turnover of Rs. 68.98 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last 5 years (turnover during 2020-21 to 2024-25 only will be considered) duly updating the financial turnover at 10 % per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited. Audited profit and loss statement (with year wise turnover statement) certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with mentioned compulsory UID number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the two years indicated above shall be furnished.( If UID Number not mentioned treated as incomplete and Rejected)

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than the Rs 20.70 Lakhs, (Credit line/ letter of credit/ certificate from Nationalized bank / Schedule banks for meeting the funds requirement etc. usually the equivalent estimated cash flow for Three months to make advance payment to the Labour service)

The bidder shall furnish valid Registration Certificate of Establishment issued by the Department of Labour, Government of Karnataka, for the Transformer works

Valid Employees any Group Insurance Registration Certificate

The bidder should submit the undertaking stating that, if he/she becomes successful/L1 bidder, he/she will establish the repair centre within 90 days from the date of issue of DWA

Scanned signature of the bidder along with phone number / authorised representative in case of a firm or company, to be attached while uploading the bid documents. Also in case of authorised representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded & the original should be produced at the time of opening of tender
