M&L for repair of XLPE cable 3.5/4 Core upto 95 Sqmm by disconnecting the cable from loop in loop out box/Jn box/ on OH Line and cutting the wornout insulated cable, removing the loop from the ground by excavation and re-preparing the cable for thimbling by using proper tools and re-connect the cable at Jn box by using new suitable lugs, nuts and bolts of suitable size as existing and closing the box properly as previous complete all as specified and directed Note : Nuts & bolts, thimble & insulation tape required for connection and making good deemed to be included in quoted rate

S&F in replacement of LT junction box outdoor, single door opening front side with aldrop sliding locking arrangement suitable size made out of CRCA Sheet of 3.15 mm thick with powder coated painting frame made out of flat iron 45 x 45 x 6 mm and four numbers of 100 Amps aluminum bars duly insulated on insulators / suitable size Bakelite sheet fixed horizontally including making necessary drilling on bus bars for fixing of out going cable upto 95 Sqmm XLPE - 05 Nos with minimum gap as per IE standards and one No MCCB of capacity 63 A, 4 Pole, 415 V 25 KA complete ( free space between MCCB / busbar and other connection items should be provided,) including excavation work and fixing arrangement on ground by using suitable type of PCC, nuts & bolts, danger notice sticker, cable glands, internal wiring with FRLS copper wires of suitable size complete all as specified and directed Note : Before placing the order the contractor should submit the Drg for approval of AGE(I)

Supply and fix OFF LOAD change over switch 415 V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.
