Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for laying of under ground electric cable, pipes etc complete all as directed and as specified. Note :(i) Serviceable PCC /RCC cable cover obtained during excavation shall be stacked separately carefully without any extra cost.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for river bed sand filling in trenches/ ducts 15 cm above cable and 8 cm under the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed at site.

Laying only serviceable un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, of 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm obtained from trenches, abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under cable for protection complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under cable for protection complete all as specified & as directed.

M& L for cutting under the road /pavement /hard standing or in any other situation with the help of manual labour (bocki) for crossing of U/G cable through it and making both the end good complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying, connecting XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable multi stranded aluminum conductors, 1100V grade, of size 16 Sqmm 2 core with proper size of lugs and laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe / fixed to poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Taking down old unserviceable LT cable of any size from trenches/walls/poles including the relaying of old serviceable cable etc complete all as directed. Note: Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Laying only LT cable of 185/240/300Sqmm size after taking out unserviceable LT UG cables of any size, by excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing bricks or PCC cover of any size and type complete all as specified and directed NOTE:- (i) Excavation, Joints & Jointing materials, new cable, additional bricks/PCC Covers, sand shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) LT Cable of any size to be provided by MES from store yard and old retrieved materials (cable or ACSR Conductor) shall be taken under schedule of credit (iii) Carrying charge is deemed to be included in unit rate

Taking down old ACSR conductor including guard wire, GI earth wire, Stay wire and insulators of any size from existing poles etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections including clamps and nut bolts etc of any size complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing LT cable jointing kit straight through heat shrinkable type suitable for cable PVC /XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminum conductor 1100V grade LT cable of size 3.5/4 core 35 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to Plant/equipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete . Note : On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance below 5 ohms is not achieved , the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Description all as per Srl item No 20.00 here-in-before but of using 4mm dia GI wire as earthing lead for pole earthing.

Supply & fixing of MS CRCA sheet enclosure of 2mm sheet thickness duly painted, fixing arrangement for housing MCCB including supply and fixing MCCB of capacity 63 Amps, 10KA 4 pole, 415 volts with fixed thermal & magnetic settings including & connections of cables with thimbles/lugs and to existing DB etc complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for street light bracket made of 32mm dia GI pipe of length 1.2m bent to shape including fixing with flat strip of appropriate size with nut and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F auto /manual street light timer nature switch weather proof enclosure made out of UV stabilized, FR grade special molding compound, rust proof, electric sock proof, vermin proof outdoor pole mountable with mounting bracket made out of GI and nut, bolts, washers including cable glands, openable door of capacity 08 kW load, three phase with Power contactors 3nos as incoming and outgoing with MEC rating of 32 Amps/phase and including circuit wiring complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F kiosk box for luminaries, weather proof made out of PVC/HDPE /FRP housing fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece moulded and cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of aluminum TPN bus bar of 60 Amps of minimum size 350x250x150mm, fixed on pole with MS, clamps 30x5mm with necessary nuts, washer complete all as specified & as directed.
