In submitting our Bid, we make the following additional declarations: (a) Bid Validity period : Our Bid shall be valid for a period specified in BDS 18.1(or asamended if applicable) from the date fixed for the Bid submission deadline specified in BDS 22.1(or as amended if applicable), and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the expiration of that period. (b) Bid Price : The total price of our Bid, including any discounts offered is mentioned in the online window on e-procurement portal created for this purpose. *: In case of the Bid submitted by a joint Venture specify the name of the Joint Venture as Bidder. **: Person signing the Bid shall have the power of attorney given by the Bidder.
